Francis’ Recent Heresies
Francis’ February 9, 2017 discourse to the Delegation of the “Anti-Defamation League”:
“… we give thanks to God, who surely rejoices in the sincere friendship and fraternal sentiments which today inspire Jews and Catholics. Thus, with the Psalmist we too can say: ‘Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity! For there the Lord has commanded the blessing, life for evermore’ (Ps 133: 1, 3b)… promoting culture and favoring religious freedom everywhere, as well as in protecting believers and religions…”
Francis says that Jews (those who reject Jesus) are his spiritual brothers, and he implies that they will have everlasting life (“life for evermore”) despite rejecting Jesus and the Catholic faith. The Catholic Church and Sacred Scripture teach the opposite.
1 John 5:12: “He who has the Son, has life. He who has not the Son, has not life.”
John 3:36: “He who believes in the Son has everlasting life: and he who disobeys the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on Him.”
John 14:6: “Jesus said to him: I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No man comes to the Father, but by me.”
Francis also mentions that false religions (which send all those who follow them to eternal misery in Hell) need to be protected.
Francis’ February 10, 2017 letter to World Meeting of Popular Movements:
“… no people is criminal and no religion is terrorist. Christian terrorism does not exist, Jewish terrorism does not exist, and Muslim terrorism does not exist. They do not exist.”
Francis’ statement that Jewish and Muslim terrorism “do not exist” is a lie.
Francis’ “homily” on February 15, 2017 “reflection”:
“… progress with particular care for mother earth. At this time when humanity is sinning gravely by not caring for the earth, I urge you to continue giving witness to this, and not to accept new forms of technology…”
Francis says that “humanity is sinning gravely by not caring for the earth” (“mother earth”), and that “Catholics” need to give “witness to this”. However, he never mentions that almost all of humanity is sinning gravely and headed for eternal fire because they lack the Catholic faith and commit mortal sin! Francis doesn’t talk about this because he doesn’t believe it.
Francis’ February 17, 2017 address to the academic community of “Roma Tre” University during his visit to the campus:
“By speaking in this manner, I am not proposing illusions or philosophical or ideological theories, nor do I wish to proselytize.”
Francis once again says that he doesn’t want to try to convert anyone.
Francis’ February 23, 2017 address to Rabbi Abraham Skorka and others in the Clementine Hall:
I offer a warm welcome to all of you, who have come to present me with a new and precious edition of the Torah. I thank Rabbi Abraham Skorka, brother and friend, for his kind words, and I am very grateful to all of you for this thoughtful gesture… In the midst of so many human words that lead to tragic division and rivalry, these divine words of covenant open before all of us paths of goodness to walk together. This publication is itself the fruit of a ‘covenant’ between persons of different nationalities, ages and religious confessions, who joined in this common effort. The fraternal and institutional dialogue between Jews and Christians is now well-established and effective, made so by encounters that are ongoing and collaborative. The gift that you are making to me today is fully a part of this dialogue, which finds expression not only in words but also in gestures. The extensive introduction to the text and the editor’s note emphasize this dialogical approach and communicate a cultural vision of openness, mutual respect and peace… I ask God to bless all those who contributed to this work and, in a particular way, to bless all of you, to whom I renew my personal gratitude.”
Francis says that the Jewish rabbi (who rejects Jesus) is his spiritual brother. Francis says that he walks together with the rabbi, who is on the “path of goodness”, even though he rejects goodness itself: Jesus Christ.
Francis’ February 26, 2017 answers to questions “asked by three Anglican parishioners” following “the Liturgy celebrated in the Anglican Church of All Saints in Rome”:
Question: “What would you like to say to them about the relationship between Catholics and Anglicans today?”
Francis: “It is true. The relationship between Catholics and Anglicans today is good. We love each other as brothers and sisters!… I have said that today’s relations are good. And they have progressed even further since the visit of the Primate, Michael Ramsey. But, also regarding saints, we also share a tradition regarding saints… There is another thing which has kept the link between our religious Traditions strong: the monks and the monasteries. And the monks, both Anglican and Catholic, are a great spiritual force in our Traditions…”
Comment: Francis says Anglicans are our spiritual brothers and sisters, even though they are outside the Catholic Church. Francis also says Anglican “monks” are “a great spiritual force”. This is, of course, more proof that he’s a heretic.
Question: “In several regions of Africa, Asia and the Pacific, ecumenical relations between the Churches are better and more creative than here in Europe. What can we learn from the example of the Churches from the southern part of the world?”
Francis: “There is a very interesting anecdote. When Blessed Paul VI beatified the Martyrs of Uganda — a young Church — among the martyrs, who were all young catechists, several were Catholic and others Anglican, and they were all martyred by the same king, in hatred of the faith… And Paul VI felt embarrassed, because he said: ‘I must beatify one and all; they are martyrs, one and all’. But at that moment in the Catholic Church, it was not quite possible to do this. The Council had just taken place… But today that young Church celebrates one and all together; Paul VI too, in the homily, in the discourse, in the beatification Mass, wanted to designate the Anglican martyrs of the faith at the same level as the Catholic catechists. This is what a young Church does. Young Churches have courage, because they are young… But there is another experience: in northern Argentina there are Anglican missions with aborigines and Catholic missions with aborigines, and the Anglican Bishop and the Catholic Bishop work there together, and teach. When the people cannot go to the Catholic celebration on Sunday, they go to the Anglican celebration, and the Anglicans go to the Catholic one, because they do not want a Sunday to go by without a celebration. They work together. And here the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith knows this… The two Bishops are friends and the two communities are friends… That aborigine tells you in northern Argentina: ‘I am Anglican’. But [if] the bishop is not there, the parson is not there, the reverend is not there…. ‘I want to praise God on Sunday and I go to the Catholic cathedral’, and vice versa. This is the richness of young Churches.”
Francis speaks of how Antipope Paul VI wanted to “beatify” the Anglican “martyrs” and place them among those who are to be looked upon as “blessed” by “the Catholic Church”. Francis not only says the Anglican heretics and schismatics were “martyrs of the faith”, but that they were “at the same level” as the “Catholics” who were also “martyrs”. Francis even acknowledges that in the past Anglican “martyrs” could not be celebrated, but he says that now things are different. He thus admits that he and his sect have rejected and abandoned the Church’s traditional teaching. Francis then explains that the Anglicans and “Catholics” conduct “missions” together. Francis says that the “Catholic Bishop” and the “Anglican Bishop” will “work together and teach”. Speaking of “Catholics”, Francis says: “When the people cannot go to the Catholic celebration on Sunday, they go to the Anglican celebration, and the Anglicans go to the Catholic one, because they do not want a Sunday to go by without a celebration. They work together. And here the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith knows this…” Francis speaks positively of “Catholics” who to go to the heretical and schismatic Anglican church on Sunday, “when the people cannot go to the Catholic celebration”! Francis says that the Vatican II sect’s “Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith knows this”. These statements are all one should need to see to know that the apostate Antipope Francis does not profess the Catholic faith and therefore has been severed from the Catholic Church!
Pope Pius XII, Mystici Corporis Christi (#22), June 29, 1943: “Actually only those are to be included as members of the Church who have been baptized and profess the true faith.”
Pope Pius XII, Mystici Corporis Christi (# 23), June 29, 1943: “For not every offense, although it may be a grave evil, is such as by its very own nature to sever a man from the Body of the Church, as does schism or heresy or apostasy.”
Francis’ February 26, 2017 “homily at the Anglican Church of All Saints”:
“Dear Brothers and Sisters,
I wish to thank you for your gracious invitation to celebrate this parish anniversary with you. More than two hundred years have passed since the first public Anglican liturgy was held in Rome for a group of English residents in this part of the city. A great deal has changed in Rome and in the world since then. In the course of these two centuries, much has also changed between Anglicans and Catholics, who in the past viewed each other with suspicion and hostility. Today, with gratitude to God, we recognize one another as we truly are: brothers and sisters in Christ, through our common baptism. As friends and pilgrims we wish to walk the path together, to follow our Lord Jesus Christ together… As Catholics and Anglicans, we are humbly grateful that, after centuries of mutual mistrust, we are now able to recognize that the fruitful grace of Christ is at work also in others. We thank the Lord that among Christians the desire has grown for greater closeness, which is manifested in our praying together and in our common witness to the Gospel… today we can be encouraged by our gathering. For the first time, a Bishop of Rome is visiting your community. It is a grace and also a responsibility: the responsibility of strengthening our ties, to the praise of Christ, in service of the Gospel and of this city. Let us encourage one another to become ever more faithful disciples of Jesus, always more liberated from our respective prejudices from the past and ever more desirous to pray for and with others. A good sign of this desire is the ‘twinning’ taking place today between your parish of All Saints and All Saints Catholic parish. May the saints of every Christian confession, fully united in the Jerusalem above, open for us here below the way to all the possible paths of a fraternal and shared Christian journey. Where we are united in the name of Jesus, he is there (cf. Mt 18:20), and turning his merciful gaze towards us, he calls us to devote ourselves fully in the cause of unity and love. May the face of God shine upon you, your families and this entire community!”
Francis says that Anglicans are his “brothers and sisters in Christ”. Francis says he wishes “to walk the path together, to follow our Lord Jesus Christ together” with the Anglican heretics and schismatics. Francis wants to follow the same path as the Anglicans, a heretical path paved by the Devil leading to eternal darnation. Francis then declares that “we are now able to recognize that the fruitful grace of Christ is at work” in Anglicans. Francis encourages the mortally sinful activity of praying with Anglican heretics. He says that Anglicans “witness to the Gospel”. He asserts that “it is a grace” to visit the heretical non-Catholic Anglican “Church”. Francis calls for “strengthening ties” with the schismatic Anglican church, “to the praise of Christ, in service of the Gospel and of this city”. Francis proclaims that Anglicans can help “Catholics” to “become ever more faithful disciples of Jesus”, even though they reject many Catholic teachings. For a second time in his “homily”, Francis encourages “Catholics” to commit mortal sin by praying with notorious heretics who reject the faith. Francis then teaches blatant heresy and blasphemes the saints by declaring that there are “saints of every Christian confession”, and that they are all “fully united in the Jerusalem above”.
Part of Francis’ response to a question during a “session with the Union of Superiors General” – Francis’ response was printed in the March 10, 2017 issue of L’ Osservatore Romano:
“Benedict XVI said it very well: the Church does not grow through proselytism, but by attraction.”
Francis once again condemns efforts to convert people to the Catholic faith.
Francis’ March 29, 2017 greeting to “delegation of religious leaders from the Middle East”:
I cordially greet you and thank you for your visit and for your presence. This encounter of dialogue and fraternity is a true pleasure for me. We are all brothers, and where there is brotherhood there is peace. We are children of God, everyone. And, as His Eminence [Cardinal Jean-Louis Tauran] stated, we have an earthly father in common: Abraham; and since Abraham first ‘set forth’, up to today, we have come, everyone together. We are brothers and, like brothers, all different and all the same, as the fingers of one hand: there are five fingers; all are fingers, but all are different. I thank God, the Lord, for helping us to be gathered here. Your dialogue among yourselves, your visit, is a true wealth of brotherhood, and through this is a path toward peace, for all. The peace of the heart, the peace of families, the peace of countries, the peace of the world. I ask Almighty God to bless all of you, and I ask you, please, to pray for me. Thank you very much.”
Francis tells the leaders of non-Catholic religions that they are all his spiritual brothers and that everyone is a child of God, even if they reject Christ and Baptism. Francis then (as usual) asks the leaders of false religions to “please” pray for him.
Francis’ March 31, 2017 address during meeting for the 500th anniversary “of the Reformation”:
“Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Ladies and Gentleman,
I am pleased to greet all of you and to offer you a warm welcome. I thank Father Bernard Ardura for his introduction, which summarizes the purpose of your meeting on Luther and his reform. I confess that my first response to this praiseworthy initiative of the Pontifical Committee for Historical Sciences was one of gratitude to God, together with a certain surprise, since not long ago a meeting like this would have been unthinkable. Catholics and Lutherans together, discussing Luther, at a meeting organized by an Office of the Holy See: truly we are experiencing the results of the working of the Holy Spirit, who overcomes every obstacle and turns conflicts into occasions for growth in communion. From Conflict to Communion is precisely the title of the document of the Lutheran-Roman Catholic Commission prepared for our joint commemoration of the fifth centenary of the beginning of Luther’s reform… Serious research into the figure of Luther and his critique of the Church of his time and the papacy certainly contributes to overcoming the atmosphere of mutual distrust and rivalry that for all too long marked relations between Catholics and Protestants. An attentive and rigorous study, free of prejudice and polemics, enables the churches, now in dialogue, to discern and receive all that was positive and legitimate in the Reformation… All of us are well aware that the past cannot be changed. Yet today, after fifty years of ecumenical dialogue between Catholics and Protestants, it is possible to engage in a purification of memory. This is not to undertake an impracticable correction of all that happened five hundred years ago, but rather ‘to tell that history differently’ (LUTHERAN-ROMAN CATHOLIC COMMISSION ON UNITY, From Conflict to Communion, 17 June 2013, 16), free of any lingering trace of the resentment over past injuries that has distorted our view of one another. Today, as Christians, all of us are called to put behind us all prejudice towards the faith that others profess… I assure you of my prayers for your important historical research…”
Francis admits that “not long ago” a meeting discussing the “positive” aspects of Martin Luther and his so-called reform “would have been unthinkable”. Indeed, it was “unthinkable” because a real pope would never hold or participate in such a meeting. Francis speaks of Luther’s “critique of the Church of his time and the papacy”, and then says we are able “to discern and receive all that was positive and legitimate in the Reformation”. Francis criticizes the Catholic Church’s condemnation of Luther by saying: “all of us are well aware that the past cannot be changed”. Francis then immediately adds: “Yet today, after fifty years of ecumenical dialogue between Catholics and Protestants, it is possible to engage in a purification of memory”. In other words, the way the Catholic Church historically viewed the notorious heretic Martin Luther is not the way he is viewed by today’s Vatican II sect, the end-times Counter Church, which falsely purports to be the “Catholic Church”. Francis thereby acknowledges that the Vatican II Counter Church, which he wrongly calls the “Catholic Church”, rejects what the Catholic Church has taught and held about Martin Luther and the “Reformation”.
