On Thursday, Aug. 24, 2017, during an address to the 68th National Italian Liturgical Week, Francis affirmed “with certainty” and “with magisterial authority” that the post-Vatican II Liturgical form (which of course includes the abominable New Mass) is “irreversible”.
Francis, Aug. 24, 2017: “And there is still work to do today in this direction, in particular, rediscovering the reasons for the decisions taken with the liturgical reform, surmounting unfounded and superficial readings, partial reception and practices that disfigure it. It’s not about rethinking the reform by looking again at the choices, but of knowing better the underlying reasons, also through historical documentation, as well as to internalize the inspirational principles and observing the discipline that regulate it. After this magisterium, after this long journey we can affirm with certainty and with magisterial authority that the liturgical reform is irreversible.” (https://zenit.org/articles/vatican-iis-liturgy-a-school-of-prayer-full-translation/)
Francis’ statement is another devastating blow to false traditionalists and to non-sedevacantists who still hope in vain in the Vatican II sect and its apostate antipopes. It again smashes the myth under which so many of them operate: namely, that the Vatican II antipopes have not tried to authoritatively impose any of the evils or false doctrines of the Vatican II sect (such as the New Mass and Vatican II). Yes, they have; but they have not been protected by God because they are not valid popes.
Francis’ statement is another confirmation that the Vatican II sect is not the Catholic Church, but a Counter Church led by heretical antipopes. Catholics who hold that the Chair of St. Peter is vacant are correct, and there’s no way to obstinately recognize the Vatican II antipopes and be truly traditional. There is hope in the true Catholic Church, but there is no hope in the Vatican II sect. That’s because it’s not the Catholic Church, but the prophesied end-times Counter Church.
