Introductory Note: * A Heretic is a baptized person who rejects an authoritative teaching of the Roman Catholic Church.A schismatic is a person who refuses communion with a true Pope or refuses communion with true Catholics.An apostate is a person who rejects the Christian faith completely.All heretics, schismatics and apostates sever themselves from the Catholic Church automatically (Pius XII, Mystici Corporis, June 29, 1943).Therefore, if one is a heretic he is not a Catholic (Pope Leo XIII, Satis Cognitum June 29, 1896).And most heretics convince themselves that they are not denying any dogma when they actually are.This page will be updated periodically.(All emphasis, such as bolding, underlining, and italicization is not necessarily that of the quoted author.)* Heresies from Benedict XVI used in past Heresy of the Week columns are usually found in Benedict XVI's recent heresies file.His worst heresies are found in our section on: The Heresies of Benedict XVI file.Other past Heresies of the Week are probably found in either the Heresy of the Week Archive or the Some of the Recent Feature Articles page or The Heresy of the Week Archive for those from years back.

Benedict XVI promotes the heresy of religious freedom; he states that the SSPX is not in communion with the Church; and he aggressively promotes the need for a world political authority

Benedict XVIs July 10, 2009 Address to the new ambassador of Mexico to the Holy See: a series of commemorative events were organized in Mexico City in which various topics of common interest were examined, such as the correct way of understanding an authentic democratic state and its duty to safeguard and encourage religious freedom in all the dimensions of the nations public and social life.Indeed, religious freedom is not merely one right among the many, nor is it a privilege demanded by the Catholic Church.It is the rock on which human rights are firmly founded, since this freedom reveals in a particular way the transcendent dimension of the human person and the absolute inviolability of his dignity.Religious freedom therefore belongs to the essence of every person, of every people and nation.The central meaning of religious freedom does not allow it to be limited to the mere coexistence of citizens who practice their religion in private.Nor may it be restricted to the free exercise of worship; on the contrary, believers must be offered the full guarantee that they may publicly express their own religion and make their own contribution to building the common good and to a correct social order in every walk of life, without any kind of restriction or coercion.In this regard the Catholic Church supports and encourages this positive view of the role of religion in society and has no wish to interfere in the proper autonomy of civil institutions. [1]

Here we see the apostate Benedict XVI encouraging religious freedom.He encourages false religions of whatever kind to be involved in all the dimensions of the nations public and social life.This is a clear rejection of traditional Catholic teaching.

Benedict XVI then states that religious freedom is the rock and that it reveals the absolute inviolability of his [mans] dignity.The word inviolable means incorruptible or secure from destruction.Benedict XVI believes that embracing false religions leads to an incorruptible state of dignity in Gods eyes.This is blatantly heretical.In fact, the freedom for people to embrace false religions is the very thing that destroys a mans dignity.It puts him in a state of mortal sin.Benedict XVI then promotes the heretical teaching of religious freedom as the essence of every person, of every people and nation.He says the opposite of what Catholic popes throughout the centuries have solemnly taught when he asserts that false religions must be offered the full guarantee that they may publicly express their own religion without any kind of restriction!He finishes his heretical speech by uttering the blasphemy that the Catholic Church supports and encourages this positive view of the role of [any] religion in society!

Points 4 and 7 of Benedict XVIs Motu Proprio Ecclesiae Unitatem with which Benedict XVI has restructured the Pontifical Commission Ecclesia Dei to facilitate the full ecclesial communion of the priests, seminarians, communities and individual religious linked to the Society of St. Pius X: 4. In the same spirit and with the same commitment to encouraging the resolutions to all fractures and divisions in the Church and to healing a wound in the ecclesial fabric that was more and more painfully felt, I wished to remit the excommunication of the four Bishops illicitly ordained by Archbishop Lefebvre.With this decision I intended to remove an impediment that might have jeopardized the opening of a door to dialogue and thereby to invite the Bishops and the Society of St Pius X to rediscover the path to full communion with the Church.As I explained in my Letter to the Catholic Bishops of last 10 March, the remission of the excommunication was a measure taken in context of ecclesiastical discipline to free the individuals from the burden of conscience constituted by the most serious of ecclesiastical penalties.However, the doctrinal questions obviously remain and until they are clarified the Society has no canonical status in the Church and its ministers cannot legitimately exercise any ministry 7. With this decision I have wished in particular to show fatherly solicitude to the Society of St Pius X in order that it rediscover full communion with the Church. [2]

Benedict XVI again states clearly in this Motu Proprio that the SSPX is not in full communion with the Church.He says that the SSPX has no canonical status in the Church and its ministers cannot legitimately exercise any ministry until doctrinal issues are resolved.He is referring to his demand that they accept all of Vatican II. He even puts the SSPX in quotation marks, showing that he believes they are a pseudo-Catholic order.

Message from Benedict XVI on the recent attack in Iraq against people who claimed to be Christians.The message was sent to Iraq on July 13, 2009.In the letter Benedict XVI expresses assurances of his prayers and spiritual closeness to the citys Catholic and Orthodox community at this time. [3]

Benedict XVI mentions his spiritual closeness to the schismatic Orthodox.This is heresy.

Benedict XVIs July 8, 2009 Catechesis commenting on his new social encyclical Caritas in Veritate charity in truth: Without doubt, the role and political power of States must be carefully reassessed, in an epoch in which limitations to their sovereignty de facto exist because of the new international economic, commercial and financial context the appropriate framework in which to encourage collaboration between believers and non-believers, in the shared prospective of working for justice and peace in the world Lastly, in the face of the problems of todays world that are so immense and profound, I point out the need for a world political authority, regulated by law, which would abide by the above mentioned principles of subsidiarity and solidarity and would be firmly oriented to the realization of the common good with respect for humanitys great moral and religious traditions. [4]

Benedict XVI says that the role and political power of States must be carefully reassessed, in which limitations to their sovereignty de facto exist because of the new international economic, commercial and financial context.Benedict XVI clearly explains his desire for the future when he expresses the need for a world political authority.He then talks about what he calls humanitys different great moral and religious traditions.There arent any great moral or religious traditions outside the true Catholic faith.This is just more heresy from Benedict XVI.

Note from the Secretariat of State of the Vatican, July 12, 2009: In the past few days everyones attention has been focused on the G8 Summit which was held in LAquila, a city harshly tried by the earthquake.Some of the items on the agenda were dramatically urgent.There are inequalities in the world that can no longer be tolerated which demand a coordinated strategy, in addition to necessary immediate interventions, in the search for lasting global solutions.During the Summit the Heads of State and Government of the G8 reaffirmed the need to reach common agreements in order to secure a better future for humanity.The Church has no technical solutions to propose but, as an expert in humanity, offers to all the teaching of Sacred Scripture on the truth about mankind, and proclaims the Gospel of Love and justice.Last Wednesday, commenting at the General Audience on the Encyclical Caritatis in Veritate, published precisely on the eve of the G8, I said: What is needed, then, is new financial planning in order to redesign development globally, based on the ethical foundation of responsibility before God and to the human being as Gods creature, (see part 11). [5]

Benedict XVI again promotes a new global financial order.

Response from Benedict XVI on July 13, 2009 during his vacation.Benedict XVI was greeted by about 40 journalists.Benedict XVI was asked about the recent G8 Summit.He responded: It seems to me that it all went very well.[6]

Yes, Benedict XVI is very happy that the evil bankers push for global enslavement in a coming new world order is moving along quite nicely.

A HERETIC CANNOT BE A VALID POPE

It is a proven fact that Ratzinger (now Benedict XVI) is a non-Catholic heretic.The Catholic Church teaches that a heretic cannot be validly elected Pope, since a heretic is not a member of the Catholic Church.Ratzinger, who is now Benedict XVI, is a non-Catholic Antipope whose election was utterly null and void.

Pope Paul IV, Bull Cum ex Apostolatus Officio, Feb. 15, 1559: 6. In addition, [by this Our Constitution, which is to remain valid in perpetuity We enact, determine, decree and define:-] that if ever at any time it shall appear that any Bishop, even if he be acting as an Archbishop, Patriarch or Primate; or any Cardinal of the aforesaid Roman Church, or, as has already been mentioned, any legate, or even the Roman Pontiff, prior to his promotion or his elevation as Cardinal or Roman Pontiff, has deviated from the Catholic Faith or fallen into some heresy:

(i) the promotion or elevation, even if it shall have been uncontested and by the unanimous assent of all the Cardinals, shall be null, void and worthless
;
(ii) it shall not be possible for it to acquire validity (nor for it to be said that it has thus acquired validity) through the acceptance of the office, of consecration, of subsequent authority, nor through possession of administration, nor through the putative enthronement of a Roman Pontiff, or Veneration, or obedience accorded to such by all, nor through the lapse of any period of time in the foregoing situation;
(iii) it shall not be held as partially legitimate in any way

(vi) those thus promoted or elevated shall be deprived automatically, and without need for any further declaration, of all dignity, position, honour, title, authority, office and power.

10. No one at all, therefore, may infringe this document of our approbation, re-introduction, sanction, statute and derogation of wills and decrees, or by rash presumption contradict it. If anyone, however, should presume to attempt this, let him know that he is destined to incur the wrath of Almighty God and of the blessed Apostles, Peter and Paul.

Given in Rome at Saint Peter's in the year of the Incarnation of the Lord 1559, 15th February, in the fourth year of our Pontificate.

+ I, Paul, Bishop of the Catholic Church

St. Robert Bellarmine: A pope who is a manifest heretic automatically (per se) ceases to be pope and head, just as he ceases automatically to be a Christian and a member of the Church.Wherefore, he can be judged and punished by the Church.This is the teaching of all the ancient Fathers who teach that manifest heretics immediately lose all jurisdiction. (De Romano Pontifice, II, 30)
