Introductory Note: * A Heretic is a baptized person who rejects an authoritative teaching of the Roman Catholic Church.A schismatic is a person who refuses communion with a true Pope or refuses communion with true Catholics.An apostate is a person who rejects the Christian faith completely.All heretics, schismatics and apostates sever themselves from the Catholic Church automatically (Pius XII, Mystici Corporis, June 29, 1943).Therefore, if one is a heretic he is not a Catholic (Pope Leo XIII, Satis Cognitum June 29, 1896).And most heretics convince themselves that they are not denying any dogma when they actually are.This page will be updated periodically.(All emphasis, such as bolding, underlining, and italicization is not necessarily that of the quoted author.)* Heresies from Benedict XVI used in past Heresy of the Week columns are usually found in Benedict XVI's recent heresies file.His worst heresies are found in our section on: The Heresies of Benedict XVI file.Other past Heresies of the Week are probably found in either the Heresy of the Week Archive or the Some of the Recent Feature Articles page or The Heresy of the Week Archive for those from years back.

Benedict XVIs recent heresy on the Jews, Benedict XVI reading his own heresies, SSPX and more

On March 12, 2009, Benedict XVI received and spoke to a Delegation from the Chief Rabbinate of Israel: Distinguished Representatives of the Chief Rabbinate of Israel The Jewish people, who were chosen as the elected people, communicate to the whole human family, knowledge of and fidelity to the one, unique and true God.[1]

This is outrageous apostasy!Benedict XVI states that the modern-day Jewish people, who reject Jesus Christ and the Holy Trinity, communicate to the whole human family, knowledge of and fidelity to the one, unique and true God.

Benedict XVIs Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue held a meeting with the Permanent Committee of al-Azhar Dialogue among the Monotheistic Religions.This joint Committee for Dialogue included a Muslim Delegation and a Catholic Delegation presided over by Cardinal Jean-Louis Tauran who is the president of the Pontifical Council.On Feb. 24-25, the participants agreed on the following:

3. Religious leaders, especially Muslims and Christians, have the duty to promote a culture of peace, each within his respective community, especially through teaching and preaching.

4.A culture of peace should permeate all aspects of life: religious formation, education, interpersonal relations and the arts in their diverse forms.To this end, scholastic books should be revised in order not to contain material which may offend the religious sentiments of other believers, at times through the erroneous presentation of dogmas, morals or history of other religions.

5. The media have a major role and responsibility in the promotion of positive and respectful relations among the faithful of various religions.

6. Recognizing the strong link between peace and human rights, special attention was given to the defense of the dignity of the human person and his/her rights, especially regarding freedom of conscience and of religion.

Sheikh Ali Abd al-Baqi Shahata

Head of al-Azhar Delegation

Cardinal Jean-Louis Tauran

Head of the Catholic Delegation[2]

This means that, with the approval of Benedict XVI, a Pontifical Council of the Vatican declares that Muslims and the leaders of other false religions should teach and preach.It declares that traditional Catholic books should be revised so that anything which offends the religious beliefs of others is removed.That means that statements affirming traditional Catholic dogma should be removed!This is complete apostasy. Finally, the Pontifical Council again promotes the heresy of freedom of conscience and religion.

Benedict XVI reading his own heresies - this is for those who don't think he's aware of what is published in his (the Vatican's) newspaper, such as the heresies covered in this article

Benedict XVIs March 10, 2009 (released to the public on March 12) Letter of Clarification on the remission of the excommunication of the four Bishops consecrated by Archbishop Lefebvre: Dear Brothers in the Episcopal Ministry An unforeseen mishap for me was the fact the Williamson case came on top of the remission of the excommunication.The discreet gesture of mercy towards the four Bishops ordained validly but not legitimately suddenly appeared as something completely different: as the repudiation of reconciliation between Christians and Jews, and thus as the reversal of what the Council had laid down in this regard to guide the Churchs path.A gesture of reconciliation with an ecclesial group engaged in a process of separation thus turned into its very antithesis: an apparent step backwards with regard to all the steps of reconciliation between Christians and Jews, as well as peace within the Church, is something which I can only deeply deplore

I thank all the more our Jewish friends, who quickly helped to clear up the misunderstanding and to restore the atmosphere of friendship and trust which as in the days of Pope John Paul II has also existed throughout my pontificate and, thank God, continues to exist An episcopal ordination lacking a pontifical mandate raises the danger of a schism, since it jeopardizes the unity of the College of Bishops with the Pope.Consequently the Church must react by employing her most severe punishment excommunication with the aim of calling those thus punished to repent and to return to unity.Twenty years after the ordinations, this goal has sadly not yet been attained.The remission of the excommunication has the same aim as that of the punishment: namely, to invite the four Bishops once more to return.This gesture was possible once the interested parties had expressed their recognition in principle of the Pope and his authority as Pastor, albeit with some reservations in the area of obedience to his doctrinal authority and to the authority of the Council

The fact that the Society of Saint Pius X does not possess a canonical status in the Church is not, in the end, based on disciplinary but on doctrinal reasons.As long as the Society does not have a canonical status in the Church, its ministers do not exercise legitimate ministries in the Church

In order to make this clear once again: until the doctrinal questions are clarified, the Society has no canonical status in the Church, and its ministers even though they have been freed of the ecclesiastical penalty do not legitimately exercise any ministry in the Church

Their disunity, their disagreement among themselves, calls into question the credibility of their talk of God.Hence the effort to promote a common witness by Christians to their faith ecumenism is part of the supreme priority.Added to this is the need for all those who believe in God to join in seeking peace, to attempt to draw closer to one another, and to journey together, even with their differing images of God, towards the source of Light this is interreligious dialogue

Should not civil society also try to forestall forms of extremism and to incorporate their eventual adherents to the extent possible in the great currents shaping social life, and thus avoid their being segregated, with all its consequences?Can it be completely mistaken to work to break down obstinacy and narrowness, and to make space for what is positive and retrievable for the whole?I myself saw, in the years after 1988, how the return of communities which had been separated from Rome changed their interior attitudes; I saw how returning to the bigger and broader Church enabled them to move beyond one-sided positions and broke down rigidity so that positive energies could emerge for the whole."[3]

Benedict XVI makes it clear (once again) that the priests and bishops of the SSPX do not legitimately exercise any ministry in the Church.In other words, they have no approval from the Counter Church, and thus their position, which claims to accept the hierarchy of the Counter Church, is illogical and false. He also mentions (again) that the SSPX must fully accept Vatican II in order to be legitimately accepted into his Church.

Fabio Colagrandes conversation with the Vice-Director of the Pontifical Gregorian Universitys conference on biological evolution: What has been, and what is today, the position of the Church with regard to Darwinism?

Answer: I should say quite simply that it has never been one of condemnation.And this is one of the reasons that make any effort at the salvaging or rehabilitation of Darwin superfluous, in my opinion, because neither the Catholic Church, nor any of its notable exponents, has ever condemned either Darwinism or the theory of evolution.On the contrary, it has always shown great interest in the theory.We should remember that Cardinal John Henry Newman, in England, was a clear supporter of Darwinism from its very beginnings.Indeed, I should say that after the famous stance taken by John Paul II in 1996, we passed into a phase in which the theory has been recognized. I do not think that the results of science and those of philosophy and religion can or should always be in agreement.I hold that, on the contrary, sometimes a sharp confrontation is healthy, because in that way we go forward.[4]

This apostate points out that after John Paul IIs statement in which he said that evolution was more than a hypothesis the theory of evolution has been recognized.So, according to the antichrist Vatican, evolution is the theory they recognize.He also states that the results of science and those of religion cannot always be in agreement! This is blasphemy and heresy.

A HERETIC CANNOT BE A VALID POPE

It is a proven fact that Ratzinger (now Benedict XVI) is a non-Catholic heretic.The Catholic Church teaches that a heretic cannot be validly elected Pope, since a heretic is not a member of the Catholic Church.Ratzinger, who is now Benedict XVI, is a non-Catholic Antipope whose election was utterly null and void.

Pope Paul IV, Bull Cum ex Apostolatus Officio, Feb. 15, 1559: 6. In addition, [by this Our Constitution, which is to remain valid in perpetuity We enact, determine, decree and define:-] that if ever at any time it shall appear that any Bishop, even if he be acting as an Archbishop, Patriarch or Primate; or any Cardinal of the aforesaid Roman Church, or, as has already been mentioned, any legate, or even the Roman Pontiff, prior to his promotion or his elevation as Cardinal or Roman Pontiff, has deviated from the Catholic Faith or fallen into some heresy:

(i) the promotion or elevation, even if it shall have been uncontested and by the unanimous assent of all the Cardinals, shall be null, void and worthless
;
(ii) it shall not be possible for it to acquire validity (nor for it to be said that it has thus acquired validity) through the acceptance of the office, of consecration, of subsequent authority, nor through possession of administration, nor through the putative enthronement of a Roman Pontiff, or Veneration, or obedience accorded to such by all, nor through the lapse of any period of time in the foregoing situation;
(iii) it shall not be held as partially legitimate in any way

(vi) those thus promoted or elevated shall be deprived automatically, and without need for any further declaration, of all dignity, position, honour, title, authority, office and power.

10. No one at all, therefore, may infringe this document of our approbation, re-introduction, sanction, statute and derogation of wills and decrees, or by rash presumption contradict it. If anyone, however, should presume to attempt this, let him know that he is destined to incur the wrath of Almighty God and of the blessed Apostles, Peter and Paul.

Given in Rome at Saint Peter's in the year of the Incarnation of the Lord 1559, 15th February, in the fourth year of our Pontificate.

+ I, Paul, Bishop of the Catholic Church

St. Robert Bellarmine: A pope who is a manifest heretic automatically (per se) ceases to be pope and head, just as he ceases automatically to be a Christian and a member of the Church.Wherefore, he can be judged and punished by the Church.This is the teaching of all the ancient Fathers who teach that manifest heretics immediately lose all jurisdiction. (De Romano Pontifice, II, 30)
