News and Catholic Commentary
This
section of our website will concern things that touch upon the Catholic Faith
and the apostasy of the Vatican II sect, as well as many other items which are
significant and valuable for our readers to see. By linking to outside websites, we do not
endorse them or suggest that people could support them. Rather, it is simply because we deem those
particular news items or linked pages to be of value or interest. Among other
things, this news section of our website will provide corroborating evidence
for what we have proven in our books, articles and DVDs: that the worldwide
structure under Benedict XVI, which follows Vatican II and the invalid New Mass
(the Novus Ordo), and which claims to
be the Roman Catholic Church, is actually a counterfeit sect of the last days
that poses as the Catholic Church but is not. This column is updated frequently.
School to put GPS
devices in students' backpacks
“In a bid to set parents' nerves at
ease, a southwest suburban school district has become one of the first in the
state to begin using GPS to track schoolchildren riding buses to and from
school each day.” Palos Heights School District 128 had previously been using
ZPass, a GPS technology provided by Seattle-based Zonar Systems, to track the
buses. But now the district is outfitting students' backpacks with a luggage
tag-sized unit that logs when the student steps on and off the bus.”

NYC man plunged 39
stories and survived
“A New York City man plunged 39
stories Tuesday from a West Side high-rise, crashed through the windshield of a

told the New York Daily News he's convinced that rosary beads he kept inside
the Dodge saved Magill's life.”
US Nuns to host surfing contest
“American nuns are to host a
Nun's Beach Surf Invitational in New Jersey, to raise funds for the maintenance
of their mother house. Sister James Dolores, 73, from the Sister Servants of
the Immaculate Heart of Mary, says: "I'm really getting the hang of this.
No one ever thought they'd see me on a board." Pictured in the New York Post posing on a
surfboard on the beach, the nun has a special relationship with local surfers,
said the report. It was forged more than 60 years ago when local surfers
approached the nuns' beach-front retreat asking if they could ride its waves.”

V-2 "Bishop"
helps Muslims celebrate Ramadan!
This is complete and total
apostasy! “Church leaders in West Java
have asked Catholics to give Muslims their best wishes during the Islamic month
of fasting and to refrain from holding
wedding celebrations during this time. “Look for a fitting place to put out banners of greetings for Ramadan
and Id al-Fitr (Islamic feast marking the end of Ramadan),” advised Bishop
Johannes Maria Trilaksyanta Pujasumarta of Bandung. He suggested putting them
in front of parish churches. Bandung city is the capital of predominantly
Muslim West Java province… The prelate said he hopes that during Ramadan,
Muslim “brothers and sisters” would be hungry for God alone and look to build a
true brotherhood with all religions as well.
On his Facebook page, the bishop had written: “JP (short for Johannes
Pujasumarta) greets his Muslim sisters and brothers: ´Ramadhan karim!´ … best
wishes for your fasting.”
Benedict XVI and
schismatic patriarch promote environmental protection
On Sunday Benedict XVI “prayed for
God's assistance in protecting the earth for future generations. Both he and
Patriarch Bartholomew I have made statements concerning the environment as the
"Day for the Protection of the Environment" approaches. The Orthodox Church-created and Italian
Bishops' Conference-promoted event takes place on Sept. 1 under the theme
"If you want to cultivate peace, protect creation." The same theme
was used by Benedict XVI for the World Day for Peace.”
FL school board lifts Bible ban
“A… law firm is declaring victory
following a court hearing in Florida over whether a Christian organization
should be allowed to distribute free Bibles on campus. Liberty Counsel appeared in federal
court, seeking an injunction to immediately allow World Changers to
hand out Bibles to interested students in Collier County schools during
non-instructional time. Liberty Counsel attorney Horatio Mihet tells OneNewsNow
the school board displayed an amazing change of heart at the hearing.”

Police violating 4th

This is the text of the Fourth
Amendment to the U.S. Constitution: "The right of the people to be
secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable
searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but
upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly
describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be
seized." Here's the quiz: if
police attach a GPS device to your car and track you using that device, without
having got a warrant to do so, is the Fourth Amendment violated?

V-2 sect sends message to Muslims for
Ramadan
This is total apostasy. “Throughout this
month, you have committed yourselves to prayer, fasting, helping the neediest
and strengthening relations of family and friendship. God will not fail to reward these efforts!... There are important
recommendations also given in the above mentioned text: to open our hearts to
mutual forgiveness and reconciliation, for a peaceful and fruitful coexistence;

Paquette Jr., a 63-year-old man from Michigan's Upper Peninsula, who walked
over 400 miles to attend a team practice.”
“Over the past decade, Britain’s
addiction to beer and rum has exploded into a national crisis. Earlier this
year, the UK laid claim to the dubious distinction of being the heaviest
drinking nation in the European Union. A recent study conducted by the
University College London reported that the number of people who drink
excessively in Britain has tripled in just 10 years. One out of four British adults are now
considered binge drinkers. In 2008, more
than 9,000 people drank themselves to death in Britain. That represents a 125
percent jump compared to statistics from 1992.”

V-2 Trustee of
"Dominican" U says: Let's fast during Ramadan
“True understanding comes from shared
experience. This year during Ramadan, let's consider reaffirming our common
spiritual heritage by embracing the discipline and the spiritual concentration
that skipping a lunch, or 30 lunches, would require. This shared experience
with the Muslim community, here and abroad, could go a longer way toward ending
our serious, and often violent, interfaith struggles than any effort to date.”
More Polish women seeking abortions
abroad
It’s interesting that they refer to
the Polish laws against abortion as “strict,” even though these laws still
allow abortion in some cases: “More Polish women are traveling abroad to have
an abortion to bypass strict laws outlawing the practice in their
overwhelmingly Catholic country, a pro-choice group said on Thursday. Poland, a country of 38 million where the
Catholic Church retains considerable clout, has one of the most restrictive
abortion laws in the 27-nation European Union.
It allows terminating pregnancy only at an early stage and when it
threatens the life or health of the mother, when the baby is likely to be
permanently handicapped or when pregnancy originates from a crime, for example
rape or incest.”
8% of Americans admit to

year, consuming alcohol and getting behind the wheel is still a big problem in
America. A study by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration shows
that eight percent of Americans admit to drinking and driving at least once in
the past year. That's about 17 million drivers.”
Jewish Museum hosts
exhibit of Antipope John Paul II
This tells you quite a bit. If he had been a Catholic, they obviously
would never do this. They do it because
he committed notorious apostasy by endorsing Judaism: “A few days before

highlighting Pope John Paul II’s special friendship with the Jewish people,
Karen Falk was hopeful the collection would inspire many to live out the pope’s

Despite some statements promoting the
climate change hoax, this article from a “mainstream” news source about the
apocalyptic weather is interesting: “Russia is on fire, and Pakistan is under
water. Scientific studies have not convinced the climate change-deniers to act
to save the planet. Perhaps an imaginative game change is what is called for.
"Global weirding" is one such imaginative breakthrough, but let's not
rule out the fire and flood imagery of Armageddon, especially as apocalyptic
imagery can well symbolize the mounting security threat nations face…These events
can been seen as signs of a global environmental catastrophe of biblical
proportions. Revelation 8: 12 tells of the "woes" to come at the
apocalypse; the text sounds like it was taken from the weather report in
western Russia where fires are devastating the country's wheat crop. When the
first trump sounds, "there came hail and fire mixed with blood, and it was
hurled down upon the earth. A third of the earth was burned up, a third of the
trees were burned up, and all the green grass was burned up." A fifth of
Pakistan is under water, and floods are ravaging parts of Asia. Rampaging
floods make their appearance in the apocalypse, pouring out death on the
hapless inhabitants of the earth. "Then from his mouth the serpent spewed
water like a river."- Rev. 12: 15

Mafia "thanks" God for new
boss
This is a prime example of what
Scripture mentions concerning the last days.
It says there will be men who have “the appearance of godliness, but
[deny] the power thereof” (2 Tim. 3:5).
That refers to people who mention God or engage in external religious
practices, but live in a manner that’s notoriously incompatible with His most
basic morality. “A group of men stood in
a circle outside a church in a secluded patch of Italy, a statue of the Virgin
Mary in the background. In the middle, an 80-year-old mafia boss spoke, having

prevent a pregnancy as many as five days after sex. The decision to allow the sale of the pill,
which will be marketed under the brand name "ella," was welcomed by
family-planning proponents as a crucial new option to prevent unwanted
pregnancies. But critics condemned the decision, arguing that it was misleading
to approve ella as a contraceptive because the drug could also be used to induce
an abortion.”
Benedict XVI again
praises non-Catholic Taize monastery
Notice that he also says Bro. Roger,
the heretical founder of the non-Catholic monastery, is in Heaven: “Benedict
XVI has joined himself in prayer with the Taize community as the anniversary of
the death of their founder, Brother Roger, and the milestone of the community's
70th year, approach. The Pope called the founder "a pioneer" in
building the unity of Christians… And, the letter continued, "although he
has entered eternal joy, he still speaks to us…"
Cremation by water approved by V-2
"Church"
The traditional teaching of the
Catholic Church is that cremation is a mortal sin for Catholics. Those who arranged for their body to be
cremated were excluded from ecclesiastical burial. The Vatican II sect, however, approves it:
“The world's first water cremation centre on the Gold Coast is offering a
liquid alternative to cremation and burial, using a process it hopes will
revolutionise the funeral industry - and the process has been approved by the
Catholic Church.”
V-2 sect parish to host
"ordination" of Episcopalian gay rights supporter
This is amazing apostasy. The Episcopalians are non-Catholics. They are also unfortunately heretics and
schismatics. They don’t even have a
valid priesthood. Moreover, in this case
a woman will be performing the invalid “ordination” of another non-Catholic gay rights supporter; and it will happen
in a so-called Catholic parish! It’s
also interesting that, to justify the abomination, the article quotes the
heretical Ecumenical Directory that was approved by John Paul II: “Katharine
Jefferts Schori, the presiding bishop of the Episcopal Church, will ordain an
Episcopal cleric from New York State as the Episcopal bishop of Alaska on
September 4. The ceremony will take place at a Catholic parish in Anchorage.”
New Video and Article
Bro. Michael Dimond checks in with a
new video and article on the best-selling book, Catholicism for Dummies.
This video and article expose the heresies in Catholicism for Dummies. Catholicism for Dummies was authored by
“Fr.” John Trigilio, a featured speaker on EWTN. It has also been promoted by Novus Ordo
“apologist” Jimmy Akin and “Catholic Answers.”
For those reasons, the outrageous heresies in the book are all the more
revealing about the apostate Vatican II sect.

Wisconsin
"Diocese" offers birth control insurance
“A Wisconsin state law is forcing the
Madison (Wis.) Catholic Diocese this month to begin offering its employees
insurance coverage for birth control.
However, a diocesan spokesman said employees will be warned against
using the benefit and that open defiance of Catholic teaching on the issue
could ultimately lead to termination.
St. Mary's Hospital in Madison has notified employees that it, too, soon
will be required for the first time to cover contraception. Both entities sought to get around the
mandate by becoming self-insured, but the costs proved prohibitive.”
Atheist gives $5.6
million to V-2 "Catholic" schools
Again, this wouldn’t happen if these
schools were Catholic and preached the fullness of the faith. “Retired hedge fund titan Robert W. Wilson
lost his faith in God years ago, yet he believes in Catholic schools and gave
$5.6 million to the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York this summer.”
Town counselor dismissed
for mentioning God
“The dismissal of a town employee who
had an unblemished record of counseling housing clients for 18 years has been
affirmed by a job tribunal because he mentioned God to a terminally ill woman.”

New "superbug" poised to go
global
“A new superbug that is resistant to
even the most powerful antibiotics has entered UK hospitals, experts warn. They say bacteria that make an enzyme called
NDM-1 have travelled back with NHS patients who went abroad to countries like
India and Pakistan for treatments such as cosmetic surgery. Although there have only been about 50 cases
identified in the UK so far, scientists fear it will go global.”
100,000 Austrians expected to quit V-2
"Church"
“A record 100,000 Austrians are
expected to leave the Roman Catholic Church this year after abuse scandals
which have badly damaged its image, a newspaper reported on Tuesday.”
Gay college presidents
form group
That’s bad news: “Nine openly gay
college presidents gathered in Chicago last weekend and resolved to form an
organization to provide professional support to "out" presidents and
faculty.”
Huge ice island could
pose threat to oil, shipping
“An island of ice more than four times
the size of Manhattan is drifting across the Arctic
Ocean after breaking off from a glacier in
Greenland. Potentially in the path of
this unstoppable giant are oil platforms and shipping lanes — and any collision
could do untold damage. In a worst case scenario, large chunks could reach the
heavily trafficked waters where another Greenland iceberg sank the Titanic in
1912. It's been a summer of near
biblical climatic havoc across the planet, with wildfires, heat and smog in
Russia and killer floods in Asia.”
Proposed law would put video cameras
in cars
“Lawmakers are considering
controversial new legislation this week that would allow vehicles to be
equipped with dashboard cameras to record the moments leading up to accidents…
The bill currently allows devices to record video, audio, how fast and which
direction the vehicle is traveling, a history of where your car has been,
steering and brake performance and seat belt usage.”
Google Earth watching
your backyard and maybe more
“For anyone doing anything private in
their backyard, beware... local officials may use Google Earth to watch over
you. One town on New York's Long Island is using Google Earth to crack
down on pool owners without permits, and some privacy advocates say the move
reeks of "Big Brother."
Cat found
"marinating" in car trunk
How sick, evil, heartless and demented
these pagans are! “Police say a traffic
stop led to animal cruelty charges after they found a live cat
"marinating" in oil and peppers in the trunk of a car. Buffalo police say officers heard the cat
meowing when they stopped 51-year-old Gary Korkuc of Cheektowaga to ticket him
for running a stop sign Sunday night.”

“Russia’s record heat wave may already
have taken 15,000 lives and cost the economy $15 billion as fires and drought
ravage the country.”
Thousands rally in
Warsaw to demand cross be moved
Thousands of people held a midnight
rally in Poland's capital to demand that a wooden cross erected in memory of
the late President Lech Kaczynski be moved from in front of the presidential
palace… Those at the rally late Monday said they want the cross moved to a
nearby church, arguing that it has no place in front of the presidential palace
of a nation constitutionally defined as secular.
NYC subway to install 1000
more surveillance cameras
“About 1,000 subway security cameras
will be set up by the end of next year to help catch New York subway criminals,
local media reported on Monday. There are
now 3,100 subway security cameras in operation, including about 900 that went
online in June. Another thousand will be set up by the end of next year to help
solve subway crimes, Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) told the local
media.”
7.5 Magnitude Quake
spawns tsunami in Vanuatu
“Panicked residents of Vanuatu raced
for higher ground after a powerful earthquake rattled the South Pacific island
nation and generated a small tsunami on Tuesday. The 9-inch wave was observed off the capital
Port Vila, the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center said. Police said there were no
immediate reports of major damage or injuries from the wave or the 7.5
magnitude quake that preceded it, though buildings shook and power lines were
down.”
Moscow residents flee
worst heat in 1000 years, death rate doubles
“Muscovites fled the Russian capital
in record numbers as extreme heat combined with acrid smoke from wildfires,
slowing trading on the city’s main stock exchange and emptying restaurants.
More than 104,400 people flew out of
Moscow yesterday, topping the previous 2010 record of 101,000, according to the
Federal Air Transportation Agency. On Aug. 7, 95,000 left the city by plane, 20
percent more than the year-earlier date, agency spokesman Sergei Izvolsky said
by telephone today… The heat wave, smoke from forest fires across central
Russia and the Volga River region, and the country’s worst drought in half a
century have combined to hobble agriculture and slow the services industry and
manufacturing. Financial companies are now affected.”
Pakistan floods worse
than 2004 Tsunami
“The United Nations said Monday that
massive floods in Pakistan had affected 13.8 million people and eclipsed the
scale of the devastating 2004 tsunami, as anger mounted among survivors. The Pakistani government and UN officials
have appealed for more urgent relief efforts to cope with the country's worst
ever floods, with President Asif Ali Zardari due to return home after a heavily
criticised European tour.”
Government department
funds gay sex-ed
“The Department of Health and Human
Services has released two sex-education funding grants under the new healthcare
law, one of which calls to indoctrinate school children in the homosexual
lifestyle. The measure will allocate $55
million to fund the Personal Responsibility Education Program and $50 million
to abstinence-only programs. The responsibility of the former is to provide
comprehensive sex education, which is to include curriculum based on "the
needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning youth on how
their programs will be inclusive of and non-stigmatizing toward such
participants."
Republican senator says Jesus
"inspired" his vote for pro-abortion Kagan
“Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham of
South Carolina said that Jesus’s Golden Rule inspired him to vote to confirm
Elena Kagan to the U.S. Supreme Court and suggested it would be a good thing
for his Senate colleagues to also ponder Jesus’s words as they prepared to vote
on Kagan… As an associate counsel in the Clinton White House, Kagan was an
architect of the legal and political strategy that President Bill Clinton used
in vetoing the ban on partial-birth abortion. Her nomination by President
Barack Obama in May was instantly endorsed by Planned Parenthood, one of the
nation’s leading advocates of legalized abortion.”
V-2 Altar Girls
outnumber Altar Boys
“… over 53,000 altar servers gathered in St. Peter’s Square to meet and listen to… Benedict XVI. This year was unlike previous events. This year the girls outnumbered the boys 60 to 40.”
Pope Benedict XIV, Allatae Sunt (#29), July 26, 1755: “Pope Gelasius in his ninth letter to
the bishops of Lucania condemned the evil practice which had been
introduced of women serving the priest at the celebration of Mass. Since
this abuse had spread to the Greeks,
Innocent IV strictly forbade it in his letter to the bishop of Tusculum: ‘Women
should not dare to serve at the altar; they should be altogether refused this
ministry.’ We too have forbidden this practice in the
same words in Our oft-repeated constitution...”
“New Jersey's most impoverished city
will close all three branches of its public library at year's end unless a
rescue can be pulled off. Camden's
library board says the libraries won't be able to afford to stay open past Dec.
31 because of budget cuts from the city government. The city had its subsidy
from the state cut. The library board
president says the library system, which opened in 1904, is preparing to
donate, sell or destroy its collections, including 187,000 books.”
Protests over cloned
animals in the food chain
“An animal welfare group on Friday
delivered a petition of 7,000 names calling on the government to prevent
products from cloned animals entering the food chain. The petition, delivered by activists wearing
"cloned" masks of Prime Minister David Cameron, was hastily organised
after news emerged this week that meat from offspring of a cloned cow had
entered the food chain.”
Naked body scanners
coming to New York airports
“Full body scanners that have stirred
controversy for producing virtually naked images of airline passengers are
coming to airports near you next month.
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey announced that the hotly
debated machines will be installed at Newark Liberty, John F. Kennedy and
LaGuardia international airports in September.”
Spanish beach closed
down so Michelle Obama could swim
“As the U.S. economy endures high
unemployment and a jittery stock market, President Obama has preached sacrifice
and fiscal discipline. But the pictures coming out of a sunsplashed Spanish
resort this week may be sending a different message. First lady Michelle Obama is on a five-day
trip to a luxury resort along with a handful of friends, her younger daughter,
Sasha, aides and Secret Service personnel.
On Friday, Spanish police cleared off a 100-yard stretch of beach in
Marbella for Michelle Obama and Sasha, 9. As the first lady rested inside a
canvas hut by the shore, Sasha splashed around in the sea and a security guard
swam with her.”
Fidel Castro warns of
impending nuclear holocaust
“Cuba's Fidel Castro took part in his
first government function since he nearly died in 2006, repeating his
apocalyptic warnings of a nuclear war that only President Barack Obama can
avert as he spoke Saturday to a formal session of parliament.”

Professor says he was fired
for being straight
“A former college professor in upstate
New York says he was fired and discriminated against because he is
straight. Dr. Csaba Marosan taught
natural Sciences at Trocaire College in Buffalo. He told CNN that he was asked
not to return this year because of his formal complaint against the college in
2009. Marosan alleges that college
officials gave preferential treatment to gay faculty members in a small clique
dubbed, "the Merry Men."

Oregon country outlawed
girl's lemonade stand
“Oregon county officials have
apologized after health inspectors told a 7-year-old girl that she can’t run a
lemonade stand without a $120 temporary restaurant license. Jeff Cogen, chairman of the Multnomah County
Board of Commissions, told FoxNews.com that he apologized to the mother, Maria
Fife, and is now turning his attention to changing the rules.”
Milwaukee teachers fight

“With the district in a financial

is taking a peculiar stand: fighting to get its taxpayer-funded Viagra
back.”
“A choking smog from raging wildfires shrouded
Moscow on Friday, grounding flights, plunging the city's iconic Red Square into
a sea of dirty mist and stinging eyes and throats across the Russian capital.
Flocks of tourists had to don face masks just to tread the square's historic
cobblestones, straining to photograph the Kremlin's barely visible spires and
the hazy domes of St. Basil's Cathedrals.”
85%
of children's drinks contain lead exceeding limits
“It’s a little hard to swallow: more
than 85 percent of kids’ drinks contain so much lead they may exceed federal
limits for young children. Both organic and conventional juices were among the
lead-tainted products, according to the Environmental Law Foundation, a Bay
Area-based environmental nonprofit that used a U.S. Environmental Protection
Agency certified lab to test 400 samples of 150 products marketed to kids.”
Chinese missile could
shift Pacific power balance
“Nothing projects U.S. global air and
sea power more vividly than supercarriers. Bristling
with fighter jets that can reach deep
into even landlocked trouble zones, America's virtually invincible carrier
fleet has long enforced its dominance of the high seas. China may soon put an end to that. U.S. naval planners are scrambling to deal
with what analysts say is a game-changing weapon being developed by China — an unprecedented
carrier-killing missile called the Dong Feng
21D that could be launched from land with enough accuracy to penetrate the
defenses of even the most advanced moving aircraft carrier at a distance of
more than 1,500 kilometers (900 miles).”

Man faces jail for
YouTube video of traffic stop
“Anthony Graber, a Maryland Air
National Guard staff sergeant, faces up to 16 years in prison. His crime? He
videotaped his March encounter with a state trooper who pulled him over for
speeding on a motorcycle. Then Graber put the video — which could put the
officer in a bad light — up on YouTube.
It doesn't sound like much. But Graber is not the only person being
slapped down by the long arm of the law for the simple act of videotaping the
police in a public place. Prosecutors across the U.S. claim the videotaping
violates wiretap laws — a stretch, to put it mildly.”
Mexican Supreme Court upholds gay
"marriage" law
“Mexico's supreme court on Thursday
upheld a landmark law that allows gay marriage in the capital city, bucking a
challenge raised by the conservative government of President Felipe Calderon.”
CNN poll: 6 of 10 doubt
Obama's birth story
“A new poll by CNN, whose editorial
commentary largely supports President Obama and his policies, delivered some
bad news on his apparent birthday today: 6 of 10 people are uncertain the
president was even born in the United States.
The poll was taken July 16-21 of 1,018 adults, including 335 Democrats
and 285 Republicans. It has a margin of error of 3 percentage points. The question was: "Do you think Barack
Obama was definitely born in the United States, probably born in the United
States, probably born in another country, or definitely born in another
country?"
Jewish donors help out V-2 "Catholic" schools
This is something you would never see if the V-2 schools
were actually Catholic: “Richard J. Henken, a Boston real estate company
executive, grew up in a conservative Jewish family on the south side of Newton.
He attends services on the Jewish High
Holy Days and considers his religion an important aspect of his identity. He
also gives $25,000 to $30,000 a year to Catholic schools. He serves as an
officer on the board of the Catholic Schools Foundation, which raises millions
each year to help send children from low-income families to Catholic schools.”
“Jewish donors said they see their support for Catholic
schools as an expression of Jewish values — promoting education, providing
opportunity for the disadvantaged and new immigrants, and building institutions
that benefit the community.” It’s also
interesting that they mention the pre-Vatican II heretic, Richard Cushing, who
persecuted Fr. Feeney for preaching the dogma Outside the Church There is No
Salvation: “Archbishop Richard Cushing
had a Jewish brother-in-law he adored; Cushing, who was elevated to cardinal in
1958, appeared regularly at events with Jewish leaders and worked steadily
to improve interfaith relations. He
invited Boston philanthropist Ray Tye, who was Jewish and died in March, to
head Catholic Charities more than a half-century ago.”
V-2 "Catholic" Pelosi avoids question about Jesus' right to life
“Citing her previous references to the
Incarnation, a journalist recently asked legal abortion supporter House Speaker
Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) at what point she believes Jesus acquired the right to
life. However, she declined to answer the question, saying she’d rather talk
about the subject “in church.” At the May 6 conference, Pelosi told her audience “you know the Gospel reference of the Word.”
She added that people have to give voice to “what that means in terms of public
policy that would be in keeping with the values of the Word.”
“She cited the Prologue to the Gospel
of John’s description of Jesus Christ, “the Word was made flesh and dwelt among
us.” At last week’s press briefing
CNSNews.com reporter Jane McGrath asked: “So, when was the Word made flesh? Was
it at the Annunciation, when Jesus was conceived by the power of the Holy
Spirit, as the Creed says, or was it at the Nativity when he was born of the
Virgin Mary? And when did the Word get the right to life?” Speaker Pelosi, a self-described Catholic,
replied: “Whenever it was, we bow our heads when we talk about it in church,
and that’s where I’d like to talk about that.”
V-2 "Bishops" praise
injunction on Arizona immigration law
In the fairy-tale,
never-disappoint-man world advocated by these apostates, there would be no
border. The whole world could come
across, take free benefits, and live happily ever after. No consideration is given to the destruction
of the economy. These clueless apostates
don’t care about or consider this inescapable fact: the country can’t afford it
anymore, and unless the border is sealed and massive changes occur, the country
will soon be completely and irreversibly bankrupt. “The bishops said they would continue to oppose the problematic
provision of the "Arizona Law," without giving specifics, and
that they will "monitor the implementation of the provisions allowed by
the ruling." Simply put: basically
everything that is liberal and false is fought for by the Vatican II sect,
while the apostate mentioned above (Pelosi, and countless others like her) is
not excommunicated.
Judge overturns
California's ban on gay "marriage"
A true abomination – a gay judge is
the one who delivered the ruling: “A federal judge on Wednesday overturned a California
ban on same-sex marriage, ruling that the Proposition 8 ballot initiative was
unconstitutional. The ruling by U.S.
District Judge Vaugh Walker, one of three openly gay federal judges in the
country, gave opponents of the controversial Proposition 8 ballot a major
victory.”
Wild radioactive boars
rampaging through Germany
“It sounds like the plot of a B-movie,
yet it’s bizarrely true: Radioactive boars are on the loose and thriving in
Germany’s forests. A succession of mild
winters has left Germany scrambling to deal with a skyrocketing wild boar
population. Tales of swarming beasts rampaging through city streets and
attacking citizens occur with alarming regularity.”
Huge rise in
11-year-olds on the pill
“More than 1,000 girls in the first
year of secondary school have been given prescriptions for the pill, according
to figures from GPs, while a further 200 have long-term injectable or implanted
contraceptive devices.”
Missouri voters reject key provision
of health care law
“Missouri voters on Tuesday
overwhelmingly rejected a key provision of President Barack Obama's health care
law, sending a clear message of discontent to Washington and Democrats less
than 100 days before the midterm elections.
About 71 percent of Missouri voters backed a ballot measure, Proposition
C, that would prohibit the government from requiring people to have health
insurance or from penalizing them for not having it.”
July was Las Vegas'
hottest month ever
“Pat yourselves on your sunburned
backs, Las Vegans. You just lived through the hottest month ever. The high
reached triple digits every day in July, and the heat hung on through the night
to push last month into record territory.”
Banks financing Mexican gangs
confirmed
“The smugglers had bought the DC-9
with laundered funds they transferred through two of the biggest banks in the
U.S.: Wachovia Corp. and Bank of America Corp., Bloomberg Markets magazine
reports in its August 2010 issue. This
was no isolated incident. Wachovia, it turns out, had made a habit of helping
move money for Mexican drug smugglers.”
Russia: 58 drown trying
to escape record heat
“Forty Russians have died to date as
wildfires rage in central Russia, while 58 drowned in the last 24 hours trying
to escape a heat wave that has scorched crops and driven grain prices higher…
Since the start of the year, 3,472 people have drowned in Russia, including
1,600 in July, the hottest in European Russia in 130 years, the ministry said.”
Solar Tsunami to strike
earth tonight
“Earth is bracing for a cosmic tsunami
Tuesday night as tons of plasma from a massive solar flare head directly toward
the planet. The Sun's surface erupted
early Sunday morning, shooting a wall of ionized atoms directly at Earth,
scientists say. It is expected to create a geomagnetic storm and a spectacular
light show -- and it could pose a threat to satellites in orbit, as
well.”
Protesters in Poland
block cross from being moved
“Protesters shouting "Defend the
cross!" scuffled with police Tuesday but managed to prevent Polish
officials from moving a cross erected outside the presidential palace in memory
of the late President Lech Kaczynski.”
State signals closure of
V-2 "Catholic" schools
“The Department spokesman also
confirmed a letter was sent last week to the Archbishop of Dublin, Diarmuid
Martin with ''areas in mind where the demographics and existing primary school
configuration was such that there might be potential for the Church to consider
divesting its school patronage''.”
Supreme Court trims Miranda rights
warning bit by bit
“You have the right to remain silent,
but only if you tell the police that you're remaining silent. You have a right to a lawyer — before, during
and after questioning, even though the police don't have to tell you exactly
when the lawyer can be with you. If you can't afford a lawyer, one will be
provided to you. Do you understand these rights as they have been read to you,
which, by the way, are only good for the next two weeks? The Supreme Court made major revisions to the
now familiar Miranda warnings
this year. The rulings will change the ways police, lawyers and criminal
suspects interact amid what experts call an attempt to pull back some of the
rights that Americans have become used to over recent decades.”
British soldier says rosary
saved his life
“A British soldier says that rosary
beads given to him by his mother saved his life after he stepped on a land mine
while serving in Afghanistan. He also
claims that his grandfather was saved the exact same way, The Daily Mail reported
Monday. Now home from a seven-month tour
of duty, 19-year-old Glenn Hockton was on patrol when his rosary beads suddenly
dropped from his neck. He bent down to retrieve the chain and realized he was
on top of a land mine. Hockton stood
still for 45 minutes while his colleagues worked to secure the land mine.”
Uncle Sam wants you to have an online
ID
“Right now the federal government is
proposing a new system being referred to as the “Identity Ecosystem”—which was
highlighted in the recently-released draft paper, “National Strategy for
Trusted Identities in Cyberspace” [NSTIC].
The Identity Ecosystem would allow Americans to choose to obtain a
single authenticated ID for online transactions. Like a passport, this single
ID could travel with them online and be used to access everything from e-mail,
to online health records and banking information.”
UK pushes abortion, contraception on
developing nations
“A UK government drive aims to
increase access to contraception and safe abortion in developing
countries. International development
secretary Andrew Mitchell is now launching a consultation on the issue.”
Man spends $200,000 to
park truck in own driveway
“It's hard to believe that A.J. Vizzi
spent nearly $200,000 defending his right to park his own pickup truck in his
own driveway. When he first moved in
back in 1997, Vizzi was told that parking his large truck in the driveway
wasn't against the subdivision's rules. But years later, the Eagles Masters
Association, which governs the entire community, said it did violate their
rules and therefore, the truck had to go.
It didn't end there.”
Mexican drug cartel puts
$1 million price on AZ sheriff's head
“He's been at the center of the
discussions and controversies surrounding illegal immigration enforcement in
Arizona for quite a while. On the day
parts of Arizona's immigration law, SB 1070, went into effect, Maricopa County
Sheriff Joe Arpaio is in the news for another reason: there's a price on his
head - allegedly offered by a Mexican drug cartel.”
GPS trackers secretly placed in
laundry detergent
“The household cleaning product giant
Unilever has secretly placed GPS tracker transmitters in laundry detergent
boxes to track consumers to their homes. With an array of electronic sensors,
team of Unilever agents can now pinpoint the exact location of the GPS trackers
and walk right up to your front door. They can even remotely set off a beeper
inside the box using radio electronics.”
Study: Receipts could
be harmful to your health
“Cash-register receipts from many
fast-food outlets, groceries, pharmacies, big-box stores and U.S. post offices contain
high levels of the endocrine-disrupting chemical bisphenol A. A study released late today by the
Environmental Working Group reported that a laboratory analysis it commissioned
found the plastic component BPA on 40 percent of receipts from McDonald's, CVS,
KFC, Whole Foods, Wal-Mart, Safeway and other businesses.”
Skate Board sect scoops
up kids who are lost
The many manifestations of false
Christianity: “If you hang around long enough with the kids of West Seattle's
Skate Church, eavesdropping on this loosely formed group of pre-teens, teens
and 20-somethings, you might hear a biblical slip or two… That's just what the
founders of this unorthodox, youth-led church had in mind when they started
Skate Church three years ago. They hoped to improve the lives of kids who might
be struggling: drinking, doing drugs, committing punk crimes, missing something
in their home life — or missing a home life entirely.”
Lecturer at Oxford discriminated against after "converting"
We are not saying that she is a true Christian, but this is interesting: “A
lecturer at Oxford University’s centre for Jewish studies claims colleagues
discriminated against her after she converted to Christianity. Dr Tali Argov says
she was overlooked for promotion, stripped of her privileges and
cold-shouldered at social gatherings.
She says staff wanted to vet her lectures to make sure that, as a
Christian, she would not criticise Israel.”
Episcopalian sect
working on gay liturgical rite
“Armed with a new $400,000 grant and
the support of the Episcopal Church, a Berkeley seminary is convening priests
from across the country to craft the liturgical rite for same-sex couples to
receive religious blessings.”

the false salvation message of Protestantism.
So, we have linked to the first seven parts. They deal with refuting evolution and
demonstrating God’s power. The footage

Robbery turns into
religious conversation
This is not to suggest that this woman
is a true Christian, but this is interesting: “When a man tried to rob a
MetroPCS cell phone store at gunpoint in Pompano Beach, Fla., store manager
Nayara Goncalves, 20, calmly talked to the man about Jesus and her faith until
he left without taking any money.”
FDA
approves first embryonic stem cell trial on humans
“The Obama administration has approved
the bid by cloning company Geron to undertake the first trial involving the use
of embryonic stem cells in humans. They have never been used before in people
because the cells cause tumors and have been plagued by immune system rejection
issues when tried in animals.”
Man gets "disorderly
conduct" for standing and praying
“Two Chicago-area men have been
accused of "disorderly conduct" for standing on a public sidewalk
outside an influential abortion business and praying, and the move appears to
be a deliberate attempt by officials to intimidate Christians, according to a
law firm. "This arrest was about one thing: trying to scare pro-life
people away from Planned Parenthood," said Peter Breen…”
YouTube banned by
Russian court
“Russia’s blogosphere reacted with
anger today after a regional court banned YouTube because it carried a single
video containing “extremist” content.”
Rome grapples with
endless vandalism
It has become the habitation of
devils: “Vandals are increasingly on the prowl in the Eternal City — and now Italian
authorities are fighting back, sending more police, installing cameras and even
considering using convicts to protect monuments and artworks. For the troublemakers nothing is sacred:
earlier this month vandals left anti-pope graffiti on the Scala Santa, or Holy
Stairs, a major Catholic site that draws pilgrims from around the world who
climb its 28 marble steps on their knees.”

he wants others who have had similar life-changing experiences to come
forward.”

during baptism
Even though baptized by a schismatic,
the child was baptized into the Catholic Church and went straight to Heaven: “A
priest has been accused of drowning a baby as he baptised the tiny tot.”
Court upholds expulsion
of student who opposed homosexuality
“A federal judge has ruled in favor of
a public university that removed a ‘Christian’ student from its graduate
program in school counseling over her belief that homosexuality is morally
wrong. Monday's ruling, according to Julea Ward's attorneys, could result in
Christian students across the country being expelled from public university for
similar views. “It’s a very dangerous
precedent,” Jeremy Tedesco, legal counsel for the conservative Alliance Defense
Fund, told FOX News Radio. “The ruling doesn’t say that explicitly, but that’s
what is going to happen.”
Cop-dragging witch
thinks she's from another world
“A self-proclaimed Geelong witch told
a traffic cop she was not subject to earthly laws as she was "a being from
another world". "Your laws and
penalties don't apply to me. I'm not accepting them, I'm sorry, I must go,
thank you," Eilish De Avalon said, driving off with the officer's arm
caught in her driver's side door.”
World record hailstone in South Dakota
“A small South Dakota town is being
recognized for a big find after last Friday's storms. It was Friday afternoon when a line of
thunderstorms fired up in central South Dakota. High winds, heavy rains and
even a possible tornado rolled through the town of Vivian. But now days later,
a hailstone picked up just moments after the storm is getting worldwide
attention.”
Collecting rainwater now
illegal in many states
“Many of the freedoms we enjoy here in
the U.S. are quickly eroding as the nation transforms from the land of the free
into the land of the enslaved, but what I’m about to share with you takes the
assault on our freedoms to a whole new level. You may not be aware of this, but
many Western states, including Utah, Washington and Colorado, have long
outlawed individuals from collecting rainwater on their own properties because,
according to officials, that rain belongs to someone else.”
New vaccine required for
students this fall
“The Canton City Health Department is

(tetanus, diphtheria and acellular pertussis, adolescent and adult formulation)
or Td (tetanus and diphtheria, adult formulation) vaccine will be required prior
to entry into the seventh grade. The dose is intended to be administered as a
booster dose for students who have completed the required doses of the initial
series of DTaP/DT/Td vaccine.”
Black couple gives birth to white baby
This is very interesting. It obviously contradicts racism, and fits precisely
with the biblical account: that the genetic potential for all races and skin
colors was carried by the first man and woman (Adam and Eve), from whom all
people ultimately come. This Q and A, from a
book we offer, also explains the issue: Where the races came from.
Spanish TV network fined
100,000 euros for criticizing homosexuals

Parenthood.”
Pentagon can't account
for $8.7 billion
We wonder if it was given to Israel:
“A U.S. audit has found that the Pentagon cannot account for over 95 percent of
$9.1 billion in Iraq reconstruction money, spotlighting Iraqi
complaints that there is little
to show for the massive funds pumped into their cash-strapped, war-ravaged
nation.”

for ritually killing and then dismembering four teenagers in a forest.”
Controversy over
hospitals that ban Bibles
“Hospital bosses who want to ban
Bibles from patients’ bedside lockers have been attacked by religious
leaders. They warned that sick people
will be deprived of spiritual comfort just when they need it most. The ban, at
the Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, is intended to help cut levels
of infectious superbugs such as MRSA.
Trust bosses said the Gideon International Bibles are hard to clean.
They want all bedside areas in Queen’s Medical Centre and City Hospital kept
tidy and “clutter-free” to stop deadly viruses breeding. But… protesters said
the holy texts pose a “minimal” risk of infection and called for the plans to
be scrapped.”
Passenger suing Airline for $5 million
over lost bag

The woman says she was upset about the lost bag, but even more angry
when the airline refused to refund her $25 baggage fee, ABC News reports.”
New video

This video covers some important new points and angles to this issue. This
video discusses how water baptism can be absolutely necessary in light of the
Good Thief. It also covers the Old
Testament saints and the necessity of water baptism. There will probably be a
part 2.

Oliver Stone:
Jewish-dominated media prevents accurate Hitler portrayal
“Director Oliver Stone belittled the
Holocaust during an… interview with the Sunday Times today, claiming that
America's focus on the Jewish massacre was a product of the "Jewish
domination of the media." The Sunday Times interviewer then asked why
there was such a focus on the Holocaust.
"The Jewish domination of the media," responded Stone.

prime-time programming, 42 percent included content reflecting the lives of
gay, bisexual and transgender people. This earned MTV the first-ever

Student told to accept
homosexuality or face expulsion
What an outrage: “A lawsuit against
Augusta State University in Georgia alleges school officials essentially gave a
graduate student in counseling the choice of giving up her Christian beliefs or
being expelled from the graduate program.
School officials Mary Jane Anderson-Wiley, Paulette Schenck and Richard
Deaner demanded student Jen Keeton, 24, go through a "remediation"
program after she asserted homosexuality is a behavioral choice, not a
"state of being" as a professor said, according to the complaint.
Also named as defendants in the case that developed in May and June are other
administrators and the university system's board of regents. The
remediation program was to include "sensitivity training" on
homosexual issues, additional outside study on literature promoting
homosexuality and the plan that she attend a "gay pride parade" and
report on it… "Anderson-Wiley
confirmed that Miss Keeton will not be able to successfully complete the
remediation plan and thus complete the ASU counseling program unless she
commits to affirming the propriety of gay and lesbian relationships if such
an opportunity arises in her future professional efforts," it continued.”

Wal-Mart to put radio
tags on clothes

out sophisticated electronic ID tags to track individual pairs of jeans and
underwear, the first step in a system that advocates say better controls
inventory but some critics say raises privacy concerns. Starting next month, the retailer will place
removable "smart tags" on individual garments that can be read by a
hand-held scanner. Wal-Mart workers will be able to quickly learn, for
instance, which size of Wrangler jeans is missing, with the aim of ensuring
shelves are optimally stocked and inventory tightly watched. If successful, the
radio-frequency ID tags will be rolled out on other products at Wal-Mart's more
than 3,750 U.S. stores.”

Conley, the Jesuit hospital's director of mission and pastoral care.”

Re-uploaded
- explanation
MHFM: About two days ago,
we posted our video discussion of the DVDs Incredible
Creatures That Defy Evolution.
However, the video was not playing smoothly for people. It was stalling throughout making listening
to it very difficult. We thought it
might be a problem on our end, so we decided to re-upload the video after it
had been up for about 5 hours. We also
deleted the first version. However, the
same problem occurred. We then suspected
that Youtube might be automatically or deliberately slowing the video because
it had an anti-evolution title. So, we
re-uploaded it again and decided to remove the anti-evolution title. We called it “Astounding Creatures,” and now
it’s playing smoothly!!! Here’s the
video for those who tried to listen but couldn’t:

Here’s the previous video,
with the anti-evolution title, that stalls repeatedly: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TB__MD9iAI8
Here are just a few clips
from the actual DVDs:

shores of Dalian, once named China's most livable city.”
Homosexual activists
disrupt pro-marriage rallies
“Homosexual activists’ behavior at

nursing mother at a New York rally.”

Newsweek: "Gay men
make up half of all [V-2] seminarians"
A true Catholic would, of course, ban

high-school, college and graduate-level seminaries across the country,
according to broad estimates.”

its sex abuse rules

Saturday a revised set of rules on clerical
sex abuse as an essential and lasting response
to abuse cases, but acknowledged the church will need to show long-term
commitment if it wants to eradicate the crime. The Vatican issued its revised

Internet groups sue
Mass. over new obscenity law
“A coalition of booksellers and
Internet content providers has filed a federal lawsuit challenging a new
Massachusetts law that outlaws the sending of sexually graphic instant messages
to minors. The new law was designed to
close a loophole that prompted a court to overturn the conviction
of a man accused of sending explicit instant
messages to a 13-year-old. The court found that instant messages weren't
covered by the state's obscenity law. The new law added instant and text
messages, e-mail and other electronic
communications. In a lawsuit filed Tuesday, the American
Civil Liberties Union and the other groups say the expanded law goes too far,
allowing for the censorship of legal discussion, such as contraception and
pregnancy, sexual health, literature and art.”

Relic of true cross
stolen from Boston Cathedral
“A janitor at the Cathedral of the
Holy Cross entered the church’s Blessed Sacrament Chapel early one recent
morning and made a startling discovery: A thief had pried open a panel covering
a small glass case and stolen a small piece of wood venerated by Catholics as a
fragment of the cross on which Jesus was crucified.
The relic, one of the oldest and most
treasured possessions of the Catholic Archdiocese of Boston, has not been seen
since, and now on the wall in the dim chapel hangs a cross with its base pried
open and an empty cavity where the relic once rested.”
