News and Catholic Commentary
This
section of our website will concern things that touch upon the Catholic Faith
and the apostasy of the Vatican II sect, as well as many other items which are
significant and valuable for our readers to see. By linking to outside websites, we do not
endorse them or suggest that people could support them. Rather, it is simply because we deem those
particular news items or linked pages to be of value or interest. Among other
things, this news section of our website will provide corroborating evidence
for what we have proven in our books, articles and DVDs: that the worldwide
structure under Benedict XVI, which follows Vatican II and the invalid New Mass
(the Novus Ordo), and which claims to
be the Roman Catholic Church, is actually a counterfeit sect of the last days
that poses as the Catholic Church but is not. This column is updated frequently.
Big Brother might have
your DNA
“Imagine giving birth to a baby, only
to find out that a sample of his or her DNA was taken without your permission.
Immediately you begin to think about possible scenarios – is the government
keeping your child’s personal data on file for future use? Could outside
companies buy your baby’s DNA for research purposes? Might you wake up one day
to find out that little Emily or Jacob has been cloned? Unfortunately, this is not the stuff of
science fiction. And while there haven’t been any reported cases of cloning, in
many states a baby’s DNA could be taken unbeknownst to the parents. It’s
exactly what happened to Annie Brown from Mankato, Minnesota…”
“The world's top central bankers began
arriving in Australia for high-level talks as renewed fears about the strength
of the global economic recovery gripped world share markets. Representatives from 24 central banks and
monetary authorities, including the US Federal Reserve and European Central
Bank, landed in Sydney to meet tomorrow at an undisclosed location.”

More Earthquakes swarm
Yellowstone area
“The University of Utah Seismograph
Stations reports that a period of increased seismic activity occurred on Feb.
2, beginning at 3:30 p.m. MST. This period of increased activity lasted about 6
hours and included at least 2 events that were reported felt in Yellowstone
National Park. The two largest earthquakes during this sequence were magnitude
3.1 and 2.8 that occurred at 7:31 p.m. and 7:44 p.m. respectively. These earthquakes are part of an ongoing
swarm in Yellowstone National Park that began Jan. 17, (1 p.m. MST). The
largest earthquake in the swarm as of 7 a.m. MST, Feb. 03, has been a magnitude
3.8. There have been 1,719 located earthquakes in the swarm of magnitude 0.3 to
3.8.”
Yellowstone Eruption
days away?
“The current earthquake swarm at
Yellowstone can now be called the longest and most eventful in modern history…
While the debate is raging whether the intensity of these quakes is being
under-reported, the more important issue of depth of these quakes is being
ignored. They have been closer and closer to the surface.”
94 suspected V-2 sex
abusers in Germany
“The German news magazine Der Spiegel
reports that the number of sexual abuse cases in Germany by Catholic clerics
and laymen is much higher than was previously thought.
According to a poll by Spiegel,
answered by 27 Catholic dioceses in Germany, more than 94 clerics and laymen
have been suspected of sexual abuse since 1995. Only 30 have been prosecuted,
due to the statute of limitations.”

New Monopoly “Revolution

“Hasbro has unveiled the design of the
new 75th anniversary edition of their classic board game, Monopoly, set to hit

“MTV is facing criticism from a pro-life
group for having a fundraising campaign to raise money for the victims of the
earthquake in Haiti and donating proceeds to a pro-abortion group. Money raised

UNICEF.”
Boy busted for two-inch
plastic gun at school
“A nine-year-old boy was disciplined
this week for bringing a two-inch-long toy gun to his Staten Island school with
him. The "New York Daily News"
reports that Patrick Timoney was playing with Lego figures in the school
cafeteria when he pulled out the tiny machine gun. He propped it in his Lego police officer's
equally tiny hand. Next thing Timoney
knew, he was in the principal's office.”

House passes "Cyber
Security Bill"
This is more nonsense. It’s part of a move to give them a martial-law
type of authority over the internet whenever they declare an “emergency.” Immediately after the controlled press warned
of a coming “cyber terror attack” last week, this bill was passed: “The House
today overwhelmingly passed a bill aimed at building up the United States’
cybersecurity army and expertise, amid growing alarm over the country’s
vulnerability online.”

Couple found
"guilty" in "faith-healing" trial
“A Clackamas County jury sent a clear
signal Tuesday that parents who rely solely on ‘faith healing’ to treat their
children face prison if a child dies.
Jeffrey and Marci Beagley were found guilty Tuesday of criminally
negligent homicide in the death of their 16-year-old son, Neil. The boy died in
June 2008 of complications from an undiagnosed congenital urinary blockage
after his parents attempted to heal him with prayer, anointing with oil and
laying on of hands.”
V-2 Cologne "priest" raises
funds to build mosque

What total apostasy! The parishioners were also involved: “Cologne
priest, Fr Franz Meurer, has led his parish to raise funds for the construction
of Germany’s biggest mosque which will be built in a city most famous for its
Catholic cathedral.”
Holder sued over "Hate Crimes

V-2 Vermont

Father faces jail for taking daughter
to "church"
The interesting question is: why is a
news crew following this man to make sure that he doesn’t violate the order
prohibiting anything anti-Jewish? The
answer is, of course, that the media is dominated by Jewish interests. If this didn't involve Judaism, they wouldn’t
be following this man: “A father from the Midwest who knew he could be accused
of defying a court order barring him from taking his daughter to church took
her anyway -- and now he is facing contempt of court charges and jail. Thirty-five-year-old Joseph Reyes, holding
his 3-year-old in his arms, walked into Holy Name Cathedral on January 17. A news crew videotaped the act of defiance. "I have been ordered by a judge not to
expose my daughter to anything non-Judaism…"
So-called "terror
attack" said to be "months away"

The real question is: how do they know
all of this, yet remain unable to arrest the so-called plotters? The answer is, in our opinion, that it’s a
bunch of nonsense. It sounds like
propaganda, put out in advance, to prepare the public for an upcoming false
flag operation which will be used to increase the police state and possibly
justify a future war. We sometimes laugh
when we hear the reports that they’ve been getting “terrorist chatter” about
upcoming operations, including specific types, places, etc. Yes, they can pick up specifics and all kinds
of “chatter” but can’t stop them. How
convenient…
“Intelligence Officials Warn Attempted
Al Qaeda Attack Months Away- Al Qaeda can be expected to attempt an attack on
the United States in the next three to six months, senior U.S. intelligence
officials told Congress Tuesday.”
Williamson
"unrepentant" in "Holocaust" denial
As expected from the mainstream media,
this article is totally slanted: “Williamson has no intention of revising his
views on the gas chambers. When Nazi hunter Beate Klarsfeld sent him a book
about the history of the Holocaust last year, he set it aside, unread.
"The fact is that the 6 million people who were supposedly gassed
represent a huge lie," he wrote recently to his fellow members of the
SSPX, noting that "a completely new world order was built" on this
"fact." The Jews, he added, "became ersatz saviors thanks to the
concentration camps."
Naked Body Scanners to
be installed in half of nation's airports
“WASHINGTON — Body scanners that look
under airline passengers' clothing for hidden weapons could be in nearly half
the nation's airport checkpoints by late 2011, according to an Obama
administration plan announced Monday.
The $215 million proposal to acquire 500 scanners next year, combined
with the 450 to be bought this year, marks the largest addition of
airport-security equipment since immediately after the 9/11 attacks. There are
only 40 body scanners in a total of 19 airports now.”

Cuba said to be on verge
of economic collapse
“… Cuba is on the verge of an economic
collapse that can only be prevented if President Raul Castro institutes
sweeping economic and social reforms.
"The economic situation in Cuba has turned rather complicated with
signs that it is close to free fall," the Havana Archdiocese said in the
latest edition of its "Palabra Nueva" (New Word) magazine.”
Germany shaken by
systematic abuse at V-2 "Catholic" school
“A priest last week admitted in a
statement to SPIEGEL he had abused a number of pupils at an elite Berlin high
school run by Jesuit priests. In recent days, around 20 former students have
come forward alleging they were sexually abused by priests at the school. The
director of Canisius College has described the years-long abuse as
"systematic."
CBS rejects Super Bowl
Ad from gay dating site
That’s great news: “CBS is saying no
to a company offering to pay it $2.5 million for a spot to promote gay dating

it did not meet the network's Standards and Practices rules.”

Family threatened by UK
homeschool bill
“The Children's, Schools and Families
bill proposed in Parliament says home-schooling parents should be forced to
apply annually for registration and mandates criminal background checks for
parents who wish to homeschool. It would
also give local governments the authority to monitor home-schooled children to
check if they are safe and well. But Randall Hardy is outraged at the intrusion
the legislation would cause.”
Justice Roberts hints he
could overturn Roe v. Wade
“Chief Justice John Roberts last week
made it clear that the Supreme Court over which he presides will not hesitate
to sweep away its own major constitutional rulings when doing so is necessary
to defend America’s bedrock governing document.
The announcement of that guiding core principle means two very big
things. First, Roberts and his fellow strict constructionists on the court are
now armed and ready with a powerful rationale for overturning the 1973 Roe v.
Wade abortion ruling if Justice Anthony Kennedy or a future justice becomes the
fifth vote against Roe.”
"Holocaust"-denying
bishop to face charges in German court

What an outrage: “… bishop Richard
Williamson has been charged with inciting racial hatred, after downplaying the
extent of the Holocaust in an interview on German soil. A Regensburg court on
Wednesday summoned Catholic bishop Richard Williamson to face trial for
inciting racial hatred. The charge was sufficiently minor that the Briton would
not be obliged to attend the hearing, which is set for April 16. Initially the court fined Williamson 12,000
euros ($16,900) for an interview he gave to a Swedish television station -
filmed near Regensburg in Bavaria - in which he said he believed between
200,000 and 300,000 Jews were killed in Nazi concentration camps, and none of
them in gas chambers. Williamson
appealed against the fine, which is why the case will come to trial. Denying
the Holocaust is a criminal offence in Germany.”
TN tells high schools
how to teach the Bible
“Starting next fall, Tennessee high
schools that want to teach students about Noah, Moses and the Prodigal Son will
have a state-approved road map to do so.
Thursday, the Tennessee Board of Education approved guidelines on how to
teach the Bible in public high schools.
The curriculum is in response to 2008 legislation, which authorized the
state to create a course for a "nonsectarian, nonreligious academic study
of the Bible."
"Academics"
fight rise of Creationism at universities

“A growing number of science students
on British campuses and in sixth form colleges are challenging the theory of
evolution and arguing that Darwin was wrong. Some are being failed in
university exams because they quote sayings from the Bible… as scientific fact
and at one sixth form college in London most biology students are now thought
to be creationists. Earlier this month Muslim medical students in London
distributed leaflets that dismissed Darwin's theories as false. Evangelical
Christian students are also increasingly vocal in challenging the notion of
evolution.”
V-2 "priest"
checks fingerprints for "mass" attendance
“Polish priest has installed an
electronic reader in his church for schoolchildren to leave their fingerprints
in order to monitor their attendance at mass, the Gazeta Wyborcza daily said on
Friday.
The pupils will mark their
fingerprints every time they go to church over three years and if they attend
200 masses they will be freed from the obligation of having to pass an exam
prior to their confirmation, the paper said.”
U.S. rep pushes to extend student
non-discrimination to homosexuality
“U.S. Representative Jared Polis

discriminated against based on their perceived sexual orientation to pursue

Non-Discrimination Act,” which has 60 co-sponsors.”

Vatican II apostasy. It also contains

the Catholic Church. This is a must-see.
UK Gov't: Children age five
should get sex education
“CHILDREN as young as five should have
compulsory sex education classes, according to Government guidelines published
today. The Department for Children says
new primary school pupils should be encouraged to ask about sex, while seven
year olds will learn about domestic violence.
The Government has dismissed claims that early sex education encourages
sexual activity. Faith schools would also have to provide the classes. Sex
education will be covered as part of classes that will become mandatory in
2011.”
Scientists in
climate-gate scandal hid data
“The university at the center of the
climate change scandal over stolen e-mails broke the law by refusing to hand

UK Victory over homosexual
"equality" bill
The fact that this is even up for
discussion shows us where we are: “… the House of Lords on Monday defeated
changes to a law that would have required church groups to hire homosexuals or
others whose manner of life is inconsistent with their teaching. Peers voted 216 to 178 in favor of Lady
O’Cathain’s amendment to retain an exemption for religious groups to equality
employment laws.”
Pro-life Super Bowl ad
faces opposition
“Tebow… is set to appear
alongside his mother in a television commercial about her decision not to
have an abortion. Now, groups including
the National Organization for Women and the Feminist Majority are calling on
CBS to pull the commercial from the broadcast for its anti-abortion
message.”
The supporters of abortion can’t
restrain their diabolical opposition to something simple which exposes their
evil agenda. This reminds us of what an
outrage it is that the Vatican II sect doesn’t excommunicate such people. We should add that, contrary to what many
think, the individual featured in the anti-abortion ad is not a Christian. He’s a non-Catholic. Moreover, he’s phony even if measured by his
own heretical standards. We mention that
because, to our amazement, one false traditionalist group (hint, see Rom.
11:5), actually proclaimed him a “Christian.”
This disgusting and abominable group is steeped in total apostasy as a
result of years of obstinate adherence to, and in fact positive promotion of,
the Vatican II sect and its very worst heretics.
German Home-Schoolers

“A family… who said they were being
persecuted for their religious beliefs in Germany have been granted political

Moscow mayor calls
"gay pride" march Satanic

Wow, that’s good news. He definitely gets some points for that: “The
mayor of Moscow… said Monday that he would never allow a gay pride parade in
the city, calling it "Satanic" and saying marchers should be
punished. "A gay parade... cannot
be called anything but a Satanic act," Yury Luzhkov told an education
conference, quoted by Interfax news agency. "We haven't permitted such a
parade and we won't permit it in the future." Luzhkov called for gay marchers to be
punished. "It's high time that we stop propagating nonsense discussions
about human rights, and bring to bear on them the full force and justice of the
law," he said.”
Queens woman killed during abortion
“Detectives are investigating a Queens
clinic where a 37-year-old woman was fatally injured while undergoing an
abortion, officials said Tuesday.
Alexandra Nuñez began bleeding heavily during the procedure at A1
Medicine in Jackson Heights on Monday, officials said. One of Nuñez's arteries was inadvertently
severed and she went into cardiac arrest, according to police sources.”
Under fire, Polish
“bishop” steps back from "Holocaust" statement
“Polish Catholic bishop who has been
denounced for calling the Holocaust a "Jewish invention" distanced
himself from the statement on Tuesday (Jan. 26), saying that he had been
misunderstood. In an interview published
Monday (Jan. 25) on an Italian Catholic Web site, Bishop Tadeusz Pieronek was
quoted as saying that Jews had "appropriated" the Holocaust for
propaganda purposes. "It's
undeniable that most of the dead in the concentration camps were Jews, but the
list also includes gypsies, Poles, Italians and Catholics," Pieronek said.
"Therefore it is not licit to appropriate that tragedy to make propaganda.
The Shoah (Holocaust) in that sense is a Jewish invention. ... It's used as a
propaganda weapon and to obtain advantages that are often unjustified."
Aide says B-16's visit to synagogue
"memorable"

“Benedict XVI's visit to Rome's
Synagogue on earlier this month laid the foundation for further development in
relations between Jews and Christians, says a Vatican spokesman. Jesuit Father Federico Lombardi, director of
the Holy See's press office, called the Jan. 17 visit "memorable"
during the most recent edition of the weekly Vatican Television program
"Octava Dies." The priest said
that the presence of the Bishop of Rome in the synagogue was "a further
step on the 'irrevocable' path of dialogue, fraternity and friendship between
Jews and the Church that was opened by
the Second Vatican Council."
“Nearly 1 in 10 seven- to

Yellowstone sees more than 1,200
quakes in last week
Please disregard the false claims
about the age of the Earth if you look at this article: “Yellowstone National
Park is shaking again, but jitters seem few so far. Over eight days, more than 1,270 mostly tiny
earthquakes have struck between Old Faithful and West Yellowstone. The
strongest dozen or so have ranged between magnitudes 3.0 and 3.8. That's strong enough to feel - barely. The
vast majority have been too weak to be felt even nearby. Likewise, online chatter about an imminent
volcanic eruption in Yellowstone hasn't really picked up compared with the
attention that a similar quake swarm drew just over a year ago.”
Outrage over mention of Communist
brutality alongside "Holocaust"
This is quite revealing. “Leading Holocaust
researchers have criticized European Parliament President Jerzy Buzek ahead of
his speech at Auschwitz Tuesday, for endorsing the equalization of the Nazi
genocide with Communist brutal oppression. Some scholars call this growing
trend "the gravest threat to preserving the memory of the Holocaust,"
suggesting it serves to exculpate populations complicit in the extermination of
their Jewish minorities. "It is inconceivable that the ceremony at
Auschwitz will feature an address by a parliament president who entertains
initiatives meant to efface and obfuscate the Holocaust…’According to a number
of leading Holocaust scholars, the state-sponsored equation of Nazi crimes with
Communist brutality in Eastern Europe is the most serious threat to preserving
the memory of the Holocaust.”
Even if one were to accept the
“official Holocaust dogma” of 6 million killed, that number is much lower than
the number killed by the Communists. Yet
we read above that they consider it a true heresy and outrage to even compare the two, or to speak of
them in the same breath. This is quite
revealing about what some people think of non-Jewish lives, and how this
propaganda ploy is used. Any threat to
it – no, anything which would fail to worship it as singularly unique – is met
with harsh, irrational and even insane resistance and condemnation.

Purgatory and Damned. “The flyers they

India, China won't sign
Copenhagen accord
“The Indian and Chinese governments
have had a rethink on signing the Copenhagen Accord, officials said on
Saturday, and the UN has also indefinitely postponed its Jan 31 deadline for
countries to accede to the document. An
Indian official said that though the government had been thinking of signing
the accord because it “did not have any legal teeth and would be good
diplomatically”; it felt irked because of repeated messages from both UN
officials and developed countries to accede to it.”
Alaska cruise line drops
"priests," "Masses"

Not that these “Masses” were valid
(they weren’t), but this is another sign of the incremental removal of all
references to Christ and Catholicism from society. “Just before Christmas, Celebrity Cruises,
which operates throughout Alaska, announced that it would no longer have
priests on board to celebrate daily and Sunday Masses.”

will stop putting Bible references on all its products for the U.S. military.
It will also remove all Scripture references on U.S. military products that

set at $200,000 and $100,000, respectively, by DuPage County Judge Liam
Brennan, the Chicago Tribune reports.”

"You can never exaggerate the importance of hospitality."
“According to a local [man], prayers
before the Iowa House of Representatives will be censored… Brad Cranston
of Heritage Baptist Church in Burlington, Iowa, was asked to offer
the prayer recently before state lawmakers, but a storm broke out in the House
when he received a copy of a memo sent out to House members after his prayer. "Reminder to all representatives that
prayers are to be short and non-political and non-denominational," he
reads from the memorandum. The Iowa [man] explains that to
him "non-denominational" means that pastors are not to pray in
the name of Jesus.”

British Airways bans
Christian crosses, allows non-Christian symbols

This is interesting. “A case has been launched in the Court of
Appeal for Great Britain over a rule imposed by British Airways on employees allowing
Muslims to wear a hijab, Jews to wear skullcaps, Sikhs to wear religious
bracelets but banning a Christian woman from wearing a tiny silver cross
necklace.”
It’s also very interesting to consider
the headline of this linked article.
WorldNetDaily’s headline says: “Dump Christian crosses, but keep Muslim
hijabs?” In the headline, they focus
only on the permission for Muslim symbols, even though the article reveals that
Jewish and Sikh symbols were also
permitted by the airline. We point
this out as another example of WorldNetDaily’s (sometimes disgustingly)
pro-Jewish and pro-Israel agenda and bias.
Everything is extremely slanted to favor Jewish and Israeli
interests. In the same way, they attempt
to make the threat and rise of Islam and “Islamic terrorism” seem
ubiquitous. This is done in order to
shape public opinion in favor of war in the Middle East (i.e., against Israel’s
enemies). They sometimes have interesting
news articles, such as this one, but they are extremely pro-Israel and pro-Jewish
phony “Christians.”
"Preacher's"
toe touches school lawn, he gets arrested
Not that we endorse all of his views,
but this story is just amazing: “A New Jersey judge has dismissed a criminal
case against a volunteer who was preaching the Gospel on public property in
front of the Edison, N.J., High School when his toe inadvertently brushed the
grass and he was arrested.
“It was last May when Parker was
sharing the Gospel from a public sidewalk outside the high school after
students were dismissed for the day. The
school principal came out and told him to leave, whereupon Parker explained his
First Amendment free speech and free exercise of religion protections.
Dissatisfied, the principal called police.
According to the ADF, when officers arrived they took control of the
situation and instructed students "not to go near Parker.” The principal then insisted that Parker be
arrested. "While speaking with
officers, Parker's toe brushed against the grass along the school side of the
sidewalk. The officers arrested him and issued him a summons for 'defiant
trespassing,'" the ADF reported.”

Antipope prays for unity
of the Church
The unity of all Christians is one of
the marks of the Church. He consistently
denies it: “Benedict developed his catechesis at the general audience on
Wednesday around the theme of the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity. The
Pope spoke of the importance of "visible unity between Christians,"
inviting the faithful to invoke the Lord's assistance to "develop
fraternal relations and promote dialogue."

B-16 meets with Lutherans,
stresses "ecumenism"

Benedict XVI “began the Week of prayer
for Christian unity as he welcomed an ecumenical delegation from the
Lutheran Church of Finland in audience… The Holy Father cited the positive influence
of the Second Vatican Council in making such an encounter possible, because
through its edicts the Catholic Church is committed "irrevocably to
following the path of the ecumenical venture, thus heeding the Spirit of the
Lord who teaches us to interpret carefully the ‘signs of the times’"…
"This is the path that the Catholic Church has wholeheartedly embraced
since that time." The Holy Father
also expressed his hope that measures
resulting from current Nordic Lutheran-Catholic dialogue, spurred on a decade
ago through the Joint Declaration on the Doctrine of Justification, would
"contribute positively to the path which leads to the restoration of our
lost unity."
V-2 "bishop": no problem with

“A member of the English Catholic
Bishops conference, and the head of the Catholic Education Service, has denied

McMahon, the chairman of the Catholic Education Service, said that he had no
objection to homosexuals in civil partnerships working in Catholic schools.”

Bangladesh encourages

“Bangladesh is following in the fatal

The densely populated Asian country will introduce the new population control
initiative but will not make it mandatory, according to a December report by
the Chinese news agency Xinhua.
Bangladesh will promote the policy with the slogan "No more than

the country's Directorate of Family Planning, Xinhua reported. Qayyum
acknowledged China's program "influenced us in framing our policy."
"Transgender

“McIntyre ‘converted’ to Catholicism
in the 1990s. A few years ago, the priest at St. Catherine's gave her
permission to use parish space to see counseling clients on Saturday mornings,
she said. McIntyre never spoke directly to the priest about being
transgendered, but she believes he knew. She formed a transgender support group
that met at the church, and the priest, Jim Laurenzo, sometimes stopped by the
support group to say hello, McIntyre said. (Laurenzo, now retired, did not
return telephone messages.)”
Haiti's voodoo priests
object to mass burials
This is the kind of false religious
leader John Paul II welcomed at Assisi: Haiti's voodoo priests are objecting to
anonymous mass burials as an improper way to handle the tens of thousands of
dead from the earthquake -- and have taken their complaint to President Rene
Preval. Dumping the dead in hurriedly
excavated mass graves without proper rites is seen as desecration in a country
where many believe in zombies -- dead bodies brought back to life by supernatural
forces who could persecute the living.
Haitian officials say so far at least 50,000 bodies have been dumped in
mass graves outside the shattered capital, Port-au-Prince, in what they view as
the most efficient way to dispose of the fast-rotting corpses from Tuesday's
disaster. "It is not in our culture to bury people in such a
fashion," Haiti's main voodoo leader, Max Beauvoir, said in a meeting with
Preval.”
Government policy now
targeting "homophobia"
“Opponents of "hate crimes"
legislation, who have frequently pointed to Canada as an example of how such
laws are used to increasingly suppress moral objections to homosexuality, now
have more fuel for their fire in the form of the "Quebec Policy Against
Homophobia." The policy, released
last month by Quebec's Minister of Justice and Attorney General Kathleen Weil,
assigns the government the task of eliminating all forms of
"homophobia" and "heterosexism" – including the belief that
homosexuality is immoral – from society as a whole.”
Oldest gun show in

Benedict XVI goes to the
Roman Synagogue

This is total apostasy! We have quoted a few of the outrageous
portions of his speech of apostasy: “Benedict XVI's visit to the Jewish
community of Rome was held in an atmosphere of brotherhood and emotion…Inside
the synagogue, filled to capacity, the meeting began with some songs
accompanied by the assembly… Several times, the Jewish representatives cited
Pope John Paul II, provoking applause from the Assembly and even a heartfelt
standing ovation…In his address, Benedict XVI wanted to first confirm "the esteem and affection that the
Bishop and the Church of Rome, as will the entire Catholic Church, have for this community and Jewish communities around
the world. He recalled past wounds and of anti-Semitism, to which
Christians have also contributed, but
also emphasized the teaching of Vatican II…he has listed several areas
where cooperation between Jews and Christians is necessary and urgent. This requires helping Christians read the
Old Testament with Hebrew eyes [in other words, with their false belief
that Jesus is not the prophesied Messiah]… "Christians and Jews - added the pontiff - share to a great extent a
common spiritual patrimony, they pray to
the same Lord, they have the same roots, and yet they often remain unknown
to each other."

8 year-old Mikey on

“Eight-year-old Michael Hicks isn't
your typical third-grader. He's a Cub Scout, a junior black belt and a big fan
of BMX bikes. He is also a name on the Transportation Security Administration's
"selectee" watch list.
"Why do they think a kid is a terrorist?" Mikey's mother,
Najlah Feanny Hicks, wondered in an interview with The New York Times. "A
terrorist can blow his underwear up and they don't catch him," Hicks said.
"But my 8-year-old can't walk through security without being frisked. Mikey received his first pat-down at age 2.
Not surprisingly, he cried.”
On Benedict XVI's
synagogue visit
“In Jerusalem, where Benedict last May
had carefully navigated around many of these same flashpoints during a weeklong
visit to the Holy Land, ultra-Orthodox youths have increasingly taken to
spitting at Christian clergy and monks and nuns. The Bet Din Tzedek, the
highest authority in the ultra-Orthodox community, sent out a letter urging an end
to the practice. But as J.J. Goldberg noted at The Forward, the Bet Din stopped
short of a halachic, or Jewish legal ruling, which would have stopped the
problem. "If they don't rule against it, it's a signal that they aren't
very serious." In fact, Benedict's
visit to the synagogue of Rome will take place on the Jewish feast of Mo'ed di
Piombo, which commemorates the sudden rains that saved Rome's Jewish ghetto
from burning to the ground after a pogrom in 1793. And that miracle could be
considered a highlight of Jewish history in Rome. As Catholic News Service
reports, for centuries the Jewish community in Rome was forced to take part in
ceremonies surrounding the enthronement of new popes, and they were required to
listen to "forced sermons" each Saturday evening from priests who
used the same scripture readings that Jewish congregations heard that morning
in the synagogue.
“But as well as Mo'ed di Piombo, this Sunday is also the annual Day of
Jewish-Christian Reflection in Italy, which John Paul II established in 1990 as
one of several groundbreaking initiatives in Catholic-Jewish relations. Those
initiatives advanced a new era in Catholic-Jewish relations that opened after
World War II and gained momentum after the reforms of the Second Vatican Council
reversed many of the church's antagonistic teachings on Jews and others
non-Christians.”

"leave" homosexuality, according to a preliminary filing with the
Securities and Exchange Commission. PFOX
says Disney's policies supports gays, lesbians, and bisexuals but excludes
support of ex-gays. The Group says the addendum is necessary because
"ex-gays and their supporters are subject to an increasingly hostile
environment because they live out or support a different view of
homosexuality," according to the filing.

European governments
cancel vaccine orders
The information about the harmful effects
of vaccines spread so rapidly that an international backlash resulted. Notice how the article doesn’t primarily
attribute the cancelation to a growing fear of vaccines (which is the truth),
but rather to their “decision” that only one shot is needed. “Just months after rushing to order enough
swine-flu vaccine to protect their citizens, European governments are canceling
orders and trying to sell or give away extra doses as they sit on a glut of the
vaccine. The main reason: European health officials
decided that only one shot per person was needed, instead of the two
originally planned. Low demand is also to blame. Many Europeans believe the
pandemic has turned out to be fairly mild, and don't see a reason to get
vaccinated.”
Google challenge to

“Google has thrown down the gauntlet
to China by saying it is no longer willing to censor search results on its

aimed at gathering information on Chinese human rights activists. It also cited
a clampdown on the internet in China over the past year. Its statement raised
the prospect of closing Google.cn and potentially its offices in China.”
Bankers run the Show
This is an interesting
video which shows the power of the bankers.
It’s about former Governor of Illinois, Rod Blagojevich. Blagojevich is a pro-abortion and
foul-mouthed apostate. But what’s so
interesting is that on Dec. 8, 2008, when he was still Governor of Illinois, he
decided to cut off business with one of the banks which would not release
credit to local workers. As critics of
the Federal Reserve have pointed out, the private banks control the country by
creating money out of nothing and by arbitrarily deciding not to give out loans
when they desire. In this way, they hold
sway over the nation's economy and in fact run the power structure of the
entire country.
Pope Pius
XI, Quadragesimo anno (#106), May 15,
1935: “This dictatorship is being most forcibly exercised by those who, since they hold the money and completely
control it, control credit also and rule the lending of money. Hence
they regulate the flow, so to speak, of the life-blood whereby the entire
economic system lives, and have so firmly in their grasp the soul, as it
were, of economic life that no one can breathe against their will.”
So, Blagojevich decided to
fight back and cut off business with the banks and the bankers who wouldn’t
lend money. The very next day he was arrested, and the entire media was
branding him as the most despicable character in politics. Just a coincidence? We don’t think so. This shows the power of the bankers, and how
they run the show, the media, and much more.
If he hadn’t tried to fight against the bankers, it’s quite likely that
he never would have been removed from office.
What’s also quite interesting
is that, in the interview in this video, he points out that they didn’t want
other governors to follow his example.
If other governors had decided to cut off business with banks that
simply played by their own rules, it might have caused a chain reaction against
the banking faction. They had to nip
this in the bud right away and come down hard.

landmark that determines if gay Americans have the right to ‘marry.’”
Insurance companies prefer abortion as
cheaper than giving birth
“A local Planned Parenthood official
has bluntly admitted why health insurance companies are increasingly
comfortable with covering abortions: because the choice to kill an unborn child
is cheaper than giving birth. "A
first trimester abortion is $300 to $450," Baltimore Planned Parenthood
CEO John Nugent told the national business magazine Forbes Thursday. "But
if the gestational age is higher you're paying for a surgical suite. That's why
the insurance companies think they should be offering it. It's cheaper to
terminate an unwanted pregnancy rather than taking it to term. The Forbes
article points out the cost estimates offered by the Health Care Blue Book: it
lists a typical abortion in a physician's office costing $397, while a vaginal
delivery costs $5,992, and a caeserean section is $8,558.”

with a staggering 1,134,549 total number of such services – almost double the
number from 2007 – across the globe.”
9/11 Predictive
Programming
This is a fascinating, jaw-dropping
clip from a Fox show called, The Lone Gunmen.
This show first aired many months before September 11, 2001. It first aired on March 4, 2001. In this dramatic television episode, they
envision a plot by certain people in the U.S. government to hijack a plane and
crash it into the World Trade Center as part of a conspiracy to justify
military action against certain countries.
Does that sound familiar? The
even feature Boston’s airport – the place from which two of the planes departed
on 9/11! It’s also worth noting that one
individual who claimed to speak in-depth with one insider said that the
conspirators have a sick kind of “creed.”
This “creed” requires them to tell the world in advance what they are
planning, usually through television, movies, etc. If there’s any truth to that claim, this fascinating
clip lends credence to it.
It should also be noted that the plot
in this Fox show has the hijacked plane being flown by remote control into the
World Trade Center. Many of those who
conclude to a conspiracy on this issue believe that the planes had to be flown
by remote. Some of the eyewitness
evidence (“no widows on the side”) supports the same. Finally, the show mentions that the
conspiracy to hijack this plane and crash it into the World Trade Center is
involved with “war games” scenarios. Documentaries about the conspiratorial aspects
of 9/11 cover how “war games” were taking place on 9/11, and that they were
essential in confusing and distracting our normal military response and
facilitating the conspiracy. So, in
short, this short clip, which aired months before 9/11, contains most of the
features of what really happened.
(The clip does have two inappropriate
uses of the word which refers to the lost souls or condemnation.)

Washington slaps fee on
plastic shopping bags
“Residents of the US capital may have
to dig a little deeper into their pockets when they go grocery shopping once
the city slaps a five-cent levy on each plastic bag issued at the checkout

initiative in the United States, seeks to make consumers bear the brunt of
clean up costs for the bags which currently are dispensed for free with a
customer's purchases.”
Order directs Post
Office to distribute medicine in wake of "bio attack"
“The US Post Office could play a key
role in distributing medical aid in the event of a biological attack, according
to an executive order released by the White House. The order signed by
President Barack Obama directs government agencies, local law enforcement and
the US Post Office to work on a model for distribution of medical
countermeasures in the wake of a biological attack. "This policy would

and tribal government medical countermeasure distribution capacity," the
order said.”
French youths burn over 1,000 cars in
New Year's "celebration"
What causes people to bring in the New
Year with destruction, debauchery and drunkenness? A. The Devil and an evil desire to begin a

slogan: do what thou wilt. “Youths
burned 1,137 cars across France overnight as New Year's Eve celebrations once
again turned violent, the French Interior Ministry said on Friday.”

Montana supreme court

Bankers get $4 trillion
gift from Barney Frank

“It authorizes Federal Reserve banks
to provide as much as $4 trillion in emergency funding the next time Wall
Street crashes. So much for “no-more-bailouts” talk. That is more than twice what
the Fed pumped into markets this time around. The size of the fund makes the
bribes in the Senate’s health-care bill look minuscule.”
Order: Birth mom must
transfer daughter for former lesbian partner
What an outrage: “The birth mother of
a 7-year-old Virginia girl must transfer custody of the child to the woman's

Metropolitan Learning Center Magnet School.”
Group wants council
prayers eliminated
“As in many other Florida cities,
Tampa City Council meetings begin with a recital of the Pledge of Allegiance
and a short prayer, known officially as the invocation. It's a tradition that dates back decades,
when the city council began inviting local and visiting clergy to open the
weekly meetings at City Hall with prayer.
Now a nationwide watchdog for separation of church and state has taken
aim at the practice, contending that council members are violating the separation
doctrine.”
Florida cities caught
banishing Nativity scenes

A
picture of where a Nativity Scene was apparently replaced
“Two Florida cities have been caught
apparently censoring Nativity scenes from their Christmas plans, and a national
legal organization that battles for the rights of people to live out their
faith has sent them letters asking that the traditional displays be
restored. "It's ridiculous that
people have to think twice about whether it's OK to publicly celebrate
Christmas…"
Dutch to use full body scanners for
all U.S. flights
“The Netherlands announced Wednesday
it will immediately begin using full body scanners for flights heading to the

Analysis of the “Underwear
Bomber” Conspiracy
This two-part interview contains some
important key facts and analysis of the recent news concerning the “Underwear
Bomber.” This story has been dominating
the headlines in the past week. The
developments with this supposed “terror attack” are important to consider. They are relevant simply because this event is
being used to essentially implement a police lockdown at world airports, and to
further cement a police state. This
interview explains how all of these supposed “terror attacks” have the same
hallmarks – which serve to indicate that they were deliberately orchestrated as
part of a massive scheme to take away freedoms.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vQEdjByyFew
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EhTVQp-r_Vw
Consider the amazing fact that the
“underwear bomber” was allowed on to the flight without a passport. How does that happen with all the security in
place? Consider that he was escorted on
to the flight by a well-dressed man.
Consider that a man was videotaping him from the beginning, as if it was
being set up. It has also been confirmed
on mainstream news that the CIA was informed in advance about this man’s
radical leanings. Why do they always
have to come out after the fact and admit that they “failed” or were
“incompetent,” and that they somehow neglected to act upon information that was
given to them? It’s because there is
enough verifiable information, in almost every case, to show that they knew
about it in advance. Those who believe
that it’s unthinkable that anyone could mastermind such repeated conspiracies
(e.g., 9/11) need to consider what they get out of it. With this latest scare, in which no one was
killed, they are literally moving to take away hosts of personal freedoms all
over the world. By continually setting
up fake “terror attacks and scares,” they can literally control the entire
world. It’s very effective for them.
Finally, it’s interesting to note that
this latest breach just happened to involve an “underwear” breach. It couldn’t have been something else, of
course. Since it was an underwear
breach, it can be used to justify the most invasive and detailed searches,
scans and surveillance imaginable.
Canada installs giant
statue of Lenin and Mao

“A public art installation depicting
Russian Communist leader Vladimir Lenin and a feminized Chairman Mao Zedong in
the heart of Richmond's business district has the whole town talking. “When I
went to the gym at 5:30 this morning it’s all people were talking about,” said
Richmond city Coun. Derek Dang, who saw the piece for the first time Wednesday.
“People just can’t believe it.” The
large stainless steel sculpture is part of the Vancouver Biennale, a city-wide
celebration of public art. The piece — Miss Mao Trying to Poise Herself at the
Top of Lenin’s Head — was created by Beijing-based brothers Zhen and Qiang
Gao.”
CA Science Center sued
for canceling Intelligent Design film
“L.A.'s California Science Center will
start the new year defending itself in court for canceling a documentary film
attacking Charles Darwin's theory of evolution.
A lawsuit alleges that the state-owned center improperly bowed to
pressure from the Smithsonian Institution, as well as e-mailed complaints from USC
professors and others. It contends that the center violated both the 1st
Amendment and a contract to rent the museum's Imax Theater when it canceled the
screening of "Darwin's Dilemma: The Mystery of the Cambrian Fossil
Record."

Super-tight airport security in wake
of "terror scare"
With reason one could
say that these incidents have the markings of orchestrated fake “terror-scares”
to increase world control, remove all personal freedoms, and further implement the
police state: “Travellers are undergoing "pat-down" searches before
boarding and being restricted to one item of hand luggage.” The short news video details all of the other
restrictions.

School district disputes
crucifix claim

that a drawing circulated to reporters by the boy's father, Chester Johnson, is
not the same one that was discovered by the teacher earlier this month, the AP
reports.”
Furor erupts over
Atheist display at State Capitol

“A conservative activist and Illinois
comptroller candidate was escorted from the Illinois State Capitol building
Wednesday when he tried to remove a sign put up by an atheist group. William J. Kelly announced Tuesday that he
planned to take down the sign put up by the Freedom from Religion Foundation,
and on Wednesday, he tried to make good on his plan. But Kelly said when he turned the sign around
so it was face down, state Capitol police were quick to escort him away.”
“The sign
reads: "At the time of the winter solstice, let reason prevail. There are
no gods, no devils, no angels, no heaven or hell. There is only our natural
world. Religion is just myth and superstition that hardens hearts and enslaves
minds." The sign was also on
display at the Capitol at this time last year. The group says it filed for a
permit to post the display in response to the state's decision to put up the
nativity.”
Vatican newspaper
praises "The Simpsons"
“To put it as the devout Ned Flanders
would, the Vatican's newspaper thinks "The Simpsons" are an okely
dokely bunch. L'Osservatore Romano on
Tuesday congratulated the show on its 20th anniversary, praising its
philosophical leanings as well as its stinging and often irreverent take on
religion.”

Boca Raton: Yes to
Menorah, no to Manger
“Make room for the Jewish menorah, but

Judge rejects necessity
defense in abortion case

“A judge ruled Tuesday that Kansas law
doesn't allow a so-called "necessity defense" in the trial of a man
charged with killing one of the nation's few late-term abortion providers. The decision was another blow to lawyers for
51-year-old Scott Roeder, who has confessed to shooting Dr. George Tiller on
May 31 and says it was necessary to save unborn children… The decision came
during a hearing that mostly dealt setbacks to Roeder's defense. The judge
rejected a change of venue request and a motion that would have kept
prosecutors from making peremptory jury strikes based on potential jurors'
beliefs about abortion.”
ACLU cracks down on Christmas
decorations
“A Tennessee town and a California
county have bowed to pressure from the ACLU on Christmas decorations. The City of Clarksville, Tennessee, has

of Tennessee says it received complaints about the display earlier this year
and approached the city about the changes.”

Christmas carols being
rewritten

kings, making them “gender inclusive”.
Even the word white is being censored for fear of racism accusations,
while some schools and churches no longer sing about the virgin Mary.”
Climate Deal shows New
World Order to be led by U.S., China

into a new world order in which international diplomacy will increasingly be
shaped by the United States and emerging powers, most notably China.”
Swedish family persecuted for
homeschooling
“Christer and Annie Johansson, a…
homeschooling family, are in the unimaginable position of permanently losing
custody of their only child, seven-year-old Dominic Johansson, simply because
they homeschool. Swedish authorities boarded a plane bound for India in June of this
year (Annie's home country) and removed Dominic from his parents.
They did not have a warrant nor have they charged the Johanssons with a crime;
they simply did not believe homeschooling is an appropriate way to raise a
child and insist the government raise Dominic.
"This is one of the most
disgraceful abuses of power we have ever witnessed," said HSLDA attorney
Mike Donnelly. "The Swedish government is exercising its authority
under the U.N. Convention on the Rights of the Child to unnecessarily break up
this family." The suffering being
imposed on the Johanssons is hard to imagine. Visitation was limited to
two hours per week but now Swedish social services have curtailed that to one
hour every fifth week and no visit at all for Christmas because the social
workers will be on vacation.”
Transvestite and Mao
Zedong decorate White House Christmas Tree

“The face of China's Mao Zedong,
blamed for the deaths of 50 to 80 million of his countrymen, graces an ornament
on the White House Christmas tree for President Obama's first holiday season in
residence… the tree also features an ornament adding Obama to Mount Rushmore.”
Could "Equality
Bill" outlaw Christianity in UK?
“Michael Foster, the minister for
equality, admitted that the controversial legislation could trigger the launch
of religious and sexual discrimination cases against ‘Christian’
denominations. He said churches should
be prepared to defend their traditions from secularists who may seek to
challenge them.”
Christmas returns to New York school
“… Christmas has returned
to the Minoa School District. The District decided to incorporate… Christian…
songs into the "Holiday" musical…”
Chicago to shut down
Christmas Eve to save cash
Shutting down to save money, not out
of devotion: “The City of Chicago will be shutting down early for the Christmas
holiday, as part of Mayor Daley's plan to save the cash-strapped city
money. City Hall, public libraries,
health clinics and most other city offices will be closed on Christmas Eve as
those city workers are being forced to take the day off without pay.”
Vatican nativity does away
with the manger
“For 25 years, the Christmas Nativity
scene in front of St Peter's Basilica has shown the infant Jesus in a manger in
Bethlehem. This year, however, the Vatican has decided to radically change the
scene, shifting it to Nazareth, and placing Jesus in his father's carpentry
shop. When… Benedict XVI inaugurates the life-size Nativity scene on Christmas
eve, the sheep and hay will be gone.”
Judge mulls pivotal
issues in Kansas abortion trial

“A judge is weighing a critical legal
question in the case of a man who confessed to killing one of the nation's few
late-term abortion providers: Can the man claim at his trial that the slaying
was justified to save the lives of unborn children?”

restricted access to public areas surrounding abortion businesses.”
D.C. mayor signs
same-sex "marriage" legislation

over co-ed dorm bathrooms
A “Green Mountain College student has

Antipope John Paul II
officially declared "Venerable"

What apostasy: “Benedict XVI has
signed a decree recognizing the late Pope John Paul II's life of “heroic virtue.”
With his signature, Benedict XVI throws the door wide open to the beatification
of the much-loved Polish Pontiff and gives him the title
"Venerable." On Saturday
morning, the Congregation for the Causes of Saints led by Archbishop Angelo
Amato met with Pope Benedict XVI to celebrate their 40thanniversary as a
dicastery of the Holy See and to present decrees for papal approval. Pope
John Paul II's name was among the Congregation's nominations for those
possessing “heroic virtue.” The next
step towards canonization of John Paul II is a second decree to be signed by
the Pope that attributes a miracle to him.”

College crucifix ban
prompts lawsuit

“Joe Mitchell says all he wanted to do
was make crosses as gifts for friends when he signed up for a ceramics class at
Eastfield Community College in Mesquite.
Instead, he says, the ceramics instructor compared the crucifix to a
swastika in trying to explain why crosses were not permitted… Mitchell says he
was told on several occasions by instructors and administrative staff that he
could not make ceramic crosses, concluding with an ultimatum ban on crosses
this fall.”
Spanish lawmakers vote
to ease abortion law
“Lawmakers voted to ease Spain's
abortion law Thursday, approving a bill to allow the procedure without
restrictions up to 14 weeks. The change
would bring this traditionally Roman Catholic country in line with its more
secular neighbors in northern Europe.
The measure now goes to the Senate, where passage is expected some time
early next year.”
Montana student ordered
to remove God from speech
“A Yellowstone County District Court judge has been asked to decide whether
a Butte High School student’s civil rights were violated when she was banned
from speaking at graduation ceremonies last year because she refused to remove
religious references from her speech… According to the lawsuit, Griffith was
one of 10 valedictorians in her class who were offered an opportunity to speak
at graduation. But after reviewing her proposed speech, school officials said
Griffith could not address the crowd unless she removed references to “God” and
“Christ” in her speech.”

Ala. city restricting
candlelight services
“Ahh, the cast of characters for the
perfect candlelight service at church on Christmas Eve: The pastor,
congregants, Joseph and Mary figures in the nativity scene, and firefighters.
The city of Homewood is requiring that
churches obtain a permit and pay four off-duty firefighters $100 each as safety
monitors if the church wants to perform a traditional candlelight service on
Dec. 24.”
V-2 "Catholic"
Church in India rejects converting others

This is outrageous heresy, but they
are simply implementing the teaching of Antipopes John Paul II and Benedict
XVI: “Churches in India’s Madhya Pradesh have agreed to stop poaching each
other’s members, saying this threatens Christian unity… The practice of “sheep stealing” also confuses Christians and helps
groups hostile toward them carry out their designs easily, concluded some 100 leaders of various Churches who met Dec. 12 in
the state capital, Bhopal, UCA News reports.
“Archbishop Leo Cornelio of
Bhopal, head of the Catholic Church in the central Indian state, chaired the
meeting organized by the archdiocese’s commission for ecumenism and dialogue. The
prelate urged participants to refrain from trying to attract members of other
Churches to their own. This creates divisions among Churches, he noted.”
UN chief: we will
establish global governance

conference and the global monitoring of CO2 emissions, U.N. Secretary-General
Ban Ki-moon says: “We will establish a global governance structure to monitor
and manage the implementation of this.”
Benedict XVI pushes
one-world "Climate Change" agenda
He pushes the Climate Change hoax,
which is one of the keys in the globalists’ push for world government. What a surprise that Antipope Benedict XVI is
right in line with the New World Order on this point as well. “Benedict XVI called for urgent action to
protect the environment, saying Tuesday that climate change and natural
catastrophes threaten the rights to life, food, health — and ultimately
peace. In his annual message on the
Roman Catholic Church's World Day of Peace, the pope argued that the world's
economic, social, and environmental problems are moral crises that require
mankind to rethink its way of living.”

Mass. 2nd-grader sent
home for crucifix drawing
“An 8-year-old boy was sent home from
school and ordered to undergo a psychological evaluation after he was asked to
make a Christmas drawing and came up with what appeared to be a stick figure of
Jesus on a cross, the child's father said Tuesday. Chester Johnson told WBZ-TV that his son made
the drawing on Dec. 2 after his second-grade teacher asked children to sketch
something that reminded them of the holiday.”

of 11 to 2, will now go to Mayor Adrian M. Fenty (D), who is expected to sign
it before Christmas. The bill will become law in the spring if it survives a
30-day legislative review period.”
UN climate conference
"suspended"

“Negotiations at the UN climate summit
have been suspended after developing countries withdrew their
co-operation. Delegations were angry at
what they saw as moves by the Danish host government to sideline talks on more
emission cuts under the Kyoto Protocol.”
Fetus found in gift box, couple
charged
“A south Texas couple put an aborted 7-month-old
fetus in a gift box under a Christmas tree after they were unable to flush the
remains down a toilet, authorities alleged Monday. Ruby Lee Medina, 31, and Javier Gonzalez, 37,
of Mission, have been charged with abuse of a corpse and tampering with
evidence. Bond was set Monday at $20,000 each.”
UK police harass
woman for anti-gay letter
It’s quite interesting that the
woman’s voice isn’t audible. Earlier
today it was audible, and something has been done to change it. We know because we heard her voice clearly on
this very video. In many, if not all
versions, her voice has been almost totally lowered. She explained that the homosexuals spit on
her, etc. Even though you can’t hear
her, this clip shows what’s going on with so-called “hate crimes” and thought
police.
Benedict XVI vested
by false religious leader

This is a religious leader from Sri
Lanka.
Man was investigated for anti-gay talk
The outrageous “hate crimes” investigations
have been going on for years now in the UK.
A man “who suggested gay people should seek medical help to reorientate
their sexuality will not be prosecuted it's been revealed… Dr Peter Forster…
was questioned by Cheshire Constabulary over statements made in a newspaper on
Friday. He is reported to have said
that some people who are "primarily homosexual" can "reorientate
themselves" with the help of psychiatrists.”
Jesus Christ's death
certificate found on Turin Shroud

Another striking vindication of the authenticity
of the Shroud: “The historian and researcher at the secret Vatican archive said
she has found the words "Jesus Nazarene" on the shroud, proving it
was the linen cloth which was wrapped around Christ's body. She said computer analysis of photographs of
the shroud revealed extremely faint words written in Greek, Aramaic and Latin
which attested to its authenticity.”
Ohio teacher accused of preaching
fights for job
“An Ohio teacher who was accused of
preaching in his public school classroom says he was given conflicting
guidelines about what kinds of religious expressions were appropriate. John Freshwater was fired last year at Mount
Vernon Middle School. At an appeals
hearing Thursday, he said school principal Bill White gave conflicting
directives, including whether he could keep a Bible on his desk. He also said a
poster in his classroom that showed the Ten Commandments came from a stack of
posters that had been left in the school's administration office. Freshwater
said no one complained until he was accused of insubordination.”

Oslo police chase
"Christians" from Nobels
Not that he is a true Christian, but
this is interesting: A man “who has been arrested twice previously in Oslo for
talking about Jesus in public now has been chased from the city center by
police officers with the threat of yet another arrest if he returns, according
to a lawyer who is working on his case… Obama was in Oslo to accept a Nobel
Peace Prize… "They brought banners with messages about abortion, change,
homosexuality, and Old Testament Scriptures regarding the effects of wickedness
upon any nation… few minutes later the Oslo police again approached the evangelists
and ordered them to lower their voices. Again, the evangelists complied with
the order of the police. At this point the Oslo police ordered the evangelists
to stop sharing their message or be arrested based on the Oslo police law.”
Houston elects open
lesbian as mayor

A sign of the times: “Annise Danette Parker
was elected mayor of Houston on Saturday, becoming… the first openly gay person
to lead a major U.S. city.”
Judge orders dad against
taking daughter to "church"
Not that we approve of this church,
but this is interesting: “A judge has ordered a Chicago man against taking his
daughter to church, CBS station WBBM-TV reports. The unusual restraining order was issued
Friday after Joseph Reyes, 35, had his daughter baptized in a Catholic church
and sent his estranged wife a picture of the ceremony, the station reports. The
order bars Reyes from taking their child to any house of worship that is not
Jewish.”
German fathers jailed
for shunning explicit sex ed
“An international human rights
organization today announced it will pursue a civil lawsuit on behalf of
parents who want to control their children's education and withhold them from
explicit sex education and play-acting classes required by the German
government. Joel Thornton of the
International Human Rights Group told WND the government in Salzkotten, Germany,
is sending the fathers of the children to jail for terms of one week because
they have refused to turn their children over to school officials for mandated
sex classes. According to a report from
Richard Guenther, European director for the IHRG, eight families of
‘Christians’ have decided to withhold their children from required sex
education classes in Salzkotten.”
Criminal background
checks proposed for UK homeschoolers
“A bill proposed by the British
government and now making its way through parliament would impose the most
burdensome and intrusive regulation on homeschooling in the English-speaking
world. “This bill is breathtaking in its scope and reflects a perverse
level of suspicion towards parents who home-educate their children,” says HSLDA
Staff Attorney and Director of International Relations Michael Donnelly. “If
this bill were to pass, it would be the most restrictive and overbearing law in
the English-speaking world. It places total discretion in the hands of local
educational officials to determine whether or not they will ‘register’ a home
education program and would require criminal background checks for parents
before they could begin homeschooling their own children.”
Israel to Vatican: we won't return
room of Last Supper

“Israel Foreign Minister Daniel Ayalon
is visiting the [Vatican] in a bid to reach an agreement over property in the
Holy Land but church ownership of the room in which tradition holds that the
Last Supper took place is reportedly off limits… Israel has already made it
clear that it will remain firm in its stance to maintain ownership of the room
in which the Last Supper is believed to be held, which is on Mount Zion next to
King David's tomb.”
Benedict XVI gives "human
rights" award to non-Catholic Glucksman
“Benedict XVI bestowed the John Paul
II Prize of the Auschwitz Institute for Human Rights to the French philosopher
and author André Glucksmann. The brief ceremony
took place in the Vatican on Wednesday, immediately following the conclusion of
the general audience in Paul VI Hall.
The award is given to those who have distinguished themselves in the
promotion and defense of human rights in line with the teachings and witness of
John Paul II. André Glucksmann was born
in 1937, in a suburb of Paris. His parents were Austrian Jews. In his book
"A Child's Rage" (2006), Glucksmann recounts his experience growing up
as a Jew in occupied France, and the effect it had on his philosophy.”
15 "Catholic" Senators voted
against Nelson Amendment
“A total of fifteen self-described
Catholic Senators voted to table the Nelson-Hatch-Casey Amendment, which would
have significantly restricted abortion funding from the Senate health care
bill.”
Journalist argues same-sex
"marriage," loses job
“A journalist in Maine has been fired
from a publication after 19 years for replying to a homosexual activist's
e-mail.”
Headed for defeat, gay
"marriage" vote killed in NJ
“Homosexual advocates in New Jersey
snatched a same-sex "marriage" bill from the jaws of defeat on
Wednesday, cancelling Thursday's scheduled vote in the state Senate after
realizing that they lacked the votes for the measure's successful passage. The bill's Senate sponsors, Sens. Raymond J.
Lesniak (D-NJ 20) and Loretta Weinberg (D-NJ 37) revoked the bill from the
Senate's agenda late Wednesday night, and stated that they wanted the General
Assembly to examine the bill first before the Senate votes.”
Teachers forced to
"hide in closets" to pray
“Florida school teachers say they are
being forced to hide in closets to pray after a controversial court
ruling. Under an order crafted by the ACLU,
school employees in Santa Rosa School District must act in an "official
capacity" whenever they are at a "school event" – including
breaks, after-school events on or off campus and private events held on campus. Liberty Counsel, a nonprofit law firm,
alongside Christian Educators Association International, is seeking to overturn
the court order, which has resulted in three school officials being charged
with contempt. According to the group, school officials are strictly prohibited
from showing agreement with anyone "communicating with a deity," such
as "bowing the head" or "folding hands." "School
officials" must also prohibit "third-parties" from praying,
Liberty Counsel said… the order has literally driven them to hide in closets to
pray to avoid contempt charges.”
More U.S.
"Christians" mix in Eastern, New Age beliefs
“Going to church this Sunday? Look
around. The chances are that one in five
of the people there find "spiritual energy" in mountains or trees,
and one in six believe in the "evil eye," that certain people can
cast curses with a look — beliefs your Christian pastor doesn't preach. In a Catholic church? Chances are that one in
five members believe in reincarnation in a way never taught in catechism class
— that you'll be reborn in this world again and again. Elements of Eastern faiths and New Age
thinking have been widely adopted by 65% of U.S. adults, including many who
call themselves Protestants and Catholics…”
3 women challenge Irish abortion ban

Mysterious turquoise
light appears over Norway

“A eerie turquoise light spotted over
Norway has sparked a mystery, with suggestions it could be a missile test. The
Norwegian Metrological Institute has received hundreds of phonecalls from
confused observers but so far has been unable to identify its origin. Some experts have speculated that the
phenomenon might have been caused by a Russian rocket launch. However, the
Russian embassy insists such claims are completely unfounded. Neither
meteorologists, astronomers, or the Armed Forces have offered a solution to the
matter.”
Equality Bill redefines who can be a
priest
Not that anyone should become a priest
in the Vatican II sect, but this is what’s going on in the UK under the new
“Equality” Bill. People “could be at
risk of prosecution under a proposed law unless they accept women, sexually
active gays and transsexuals as candidates to the priesthood, the Catholic News
Service reports. In a briefing for
Catholic members of the House of Lords, the bishops said the bill defines
priests as employees rather than officeholders.
Under the terms of an equality bill that aims to stamp out
discrimination in the workplace, the Church would be immune from prosecution
only if priests spend more than 51 percent of their time in worship or
explaining doctrine.”
Member of U.S. "Bishops"
sub-committee a gay “rights” activist

This lesbian claims to be
Catholic. She’s another example of
someone a true pope or bishop would immediately excommunicate: “Conservative
blogs were buzzing on Friday with the discovery that a member of the USCCB's
Subcommittee on Catholic Health Care is an active homosexual and gay rights
activist… Henry is listed on the USCCB website as a member of the Subcommittee
on Justice, Peace, and Human Development who helped produce the working paper,
“A Fair and Just Workplace: Principles and Practices for Catholic Health
Care. ModernHealthCare.com also mentions
that Henry is a labor adviser to the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops’
Catholic Health Care & Work Subcommittee.”
NJ gay
"marriage" bill clears panel
“A bill offering gay and lesbian
couples in New Jersey the same rights to marry as a man and woman was approved
by a legislative committee last night and sent to the full Senate. The Senate Judiciary Committee voted 7-6 in
favor of the bill, a key hurdle that sets it up for a Dec. 10 vote in the full
Senate.”
Samoa tsunami was "twice height
of buildings"
“The tsunami that killed more than 200
people in the Samoan islands and Tonga in September was twice as tall as the
buildings it hit, scientists say. The
wall of water towered 14m (46ft) and included as many as three major waves,
researchers have found.”

“A Florida teenager who changed her
gender from male to female six years ago is taking legal action against
McDonald's for alleged discrimination.”
Biggest waves in a
decade predicted in Hawaii

“Thousands of spectators and surfers
are flocking to Hawaii's beaches to see the biggest waves in years crash
ashore. Heavy traffic backed up for
miles Monday along roads leading to Oahu's North Shore. Some of the world's
most daring surfers took on the powerful and dangerous waves, which forecasters
say could reach heights of 50 feet.”
Italian bill would recognize rights of
the unborn
“A proposal in the Italian Senate
would recognize the rights of the unborn, affirming that every human being has
juridical capacity from the moment of conception.”
Columbia University
dorms go coed
“Columbia University male and female
students will soon be able to live together in campus housing. A new "gender-neutral" housing
policy is expected to be implemented by the Ivy League school beginning next
fall, university sources told the New York Post.”
Christmas trees banned
from Climate Summit

They don’t want any sign of Christ in
the New World Order: “Participants in the COP15 climate summit should not be
subject to Christmas symbols such as fir trees... Although the COP15 climate
conference is set to take place during the Christmas season, the Foreign
Ministry believes the holiday and all its symbols should be kept well clear of
the summit. That point was bluntly illustrated when a sponsorship providing
numerous Nordmann fir trees for the conference was rejected by the ministry.”
Gay House members say
gay-friendly bills coming
That’s terrible: “Two of Congress's
three openly gay members said Saturday that the U.S. House is poised to pass
bills to provide health coverage for the same-sex partners of gay federal
workers and to protect all gay and transgender employees from job
discrimination. Speaking to an
international conference of gay politicians in San Francisco, U.S. Reps. Tammy
Baldwin, D-Wis., and Jared Polis, D-Colo., said they expect a domestic partner
benefits bill to come up for a vote by the end of the year and the employment
bill to reach the floor early in 2010.”
Anger as Anglican
"Church" elects open lesbian "bishop"
“… the Anglican Communion believes in
equal opportunities for its heretics. Canon Mary Glasspool, who lives openly as
a lesbian, has just been elected as an assistant bishop for the diocese of Los
Angeles, meaning that the Episcopal Church of the United States now has
coast-to-coast homosexuality in its leadership. It already has a male
homosexual as Bishop of New Hampshire. Now all it needs is a transsexual in
Louisiana and a bisexual primate in North Dakota and it pretty much has the
compass covered for the LGBT "movement".
500 claims filed against
V-2 NW "Jesuits"
“More than 500 people in the Northwest
filed claims against the Oregon Province of the Society of Jesus in advance of
a November deadline, alleging members of the Catholic order sexually abused
them as children.”
Lesbian awarded custody
of woman's only child
“A Vermont court ordered a… child
taken away from her mother and given to a lesbian ex-partner, setting up,
according to a lawyer for the ‘Christian’ family, a dispute that the U.S.
Supreme Court likely will have to resolve. Mathew Staver, founder of Liberty Counsel,
told WND the recent order from the Vermont judge that Lisa Miller turn over her
young daughter, Isabella, to the lesbian ex-partner, Janet Jenkins, on New
Year's Day is being appealed.”
Climate Gate scandal to
be "investigated" by Global Warming proponent

“A civil servant who is a member of
one of the most vehemently pro man-made global warming advocacy organizations
in Europe which also has direct ties to the IPCC has been handed the job of
whitewashing the investigation into the University of East Anglia, while
absurdly billing himself as impartial and unconnected to climate science. Meanwhile, the UN Intergovernmental Panel on
Climate Change has ludicrously announced that it will conduct its own
investigation into the climategate scandal, despite the fact that the suspects
involved have intimate ties to the IPCC, with one of the primary scientists
accused of manipulating climate data being a lead author of the 1995, 2001, and
2007 IPCC reports.”
NATO: Iran is a threat to "whole world"
According to them, if you are a
potential threat to Israel you are therefore a threat to the whole world:
“Senior NATO officials last week called Iran's nuclear and missile programs
"a potential threat to the peace and security of the entire world."
The comments came in conversations with journalists during the meeting in
Brussels last week of foreign ministers of North Atlantic Treaty Organization
member states.”
Connecticut elementary
school bans Christmas
"Happy Winter" just doesn't
have the same ring as Merry Christmas… but in one Connecticut elementary
school, that's about all you'll see and hear this holiday season. Erik Brown, principal of Walsh Elementary
School in Waterbury, Conn., has reportedly banned all religious festivities and
many decorations from the classroom since arriving at the school five years
ago.”
Wisconsin sheriff
condemned for inviting "Christian" group
“A U.S. Appeals Court says the
Milwaukee County sheriff was wrong to invite a ‘Christian’ group to speak at
meetings that were mandatory for certain deputies... The judges on Friday
discounted arguments that Sheriff David Clarke Jr. had to allow the speakers
because he also permitted speakers from black and Latino law-enforcement support
groups. The judgment upholds a lower court ruling that awarded the two
plaintiffs nearly $39,000 in attorneys' fees.”

Tupac song selected for
Vatican playlist

“Music from late rapper Tupac Shakur
has been included as part of the Vatican's official MySpace Music
playlist. The seat of the Catholic
Church released a list of 12 songs onto the social networking Web site's
streaming music service this week when the site launched in the United Kingdom…
Lyrics of the song, which is labeled as "explicit," include 'Is life
worth living, should I blast myself?" "Give the crack to the kids, who
the hell cares, one less hungry mouth on the welfare," and "My
stomach hurts, so I'm looking for a purse to snatch." At another point, Tupac sings: "Cause
both black and white are smokin' crack tonight."
New stem cell line
approved for federal funding
“The Obama administration has begun
approving new lines of human embryonic stem cells that are eligible for
federally funded experiments, opening the way for millions of taxpayer dollars
to be used to conduct research that was put off-limits…”
Study shows that Pornography is a
"quiet family killer"
“A new study on the effects of pornography
indicates that it erodes the family, corrupts men’s sense of normal sexuality
and is frequently a major factor in most divorces. The author of the study
characterized pornography as “a quiet family killer.”
Vatican rebukes cardinal
for anti-gay talk

The apostate “cardinal” gets a few
points for telling some truth about homosexuality. It’s evil.
God doesn’t create people as homosexuals. Since it results from sin and apostasy, they
can’t enter Heaven as they are. In
typical Vatican II fashion, however, the “cardinal” proceeds to contradict
himself. He goes on to say that “perhaps
they aren’t guilty.” This of course
doesn’t make any sense if you accept his previous statements. What’s most important to note, however, is the fact that the Vatican felt the need
to come out and rebuke him for his condemnation of homosexuality and
homosexuals. They never fail to lend
their voice in defense of that which is evil and sinful. At the same time, they don’t offer any public
rebuke of prominent pro-abortion figures.
“A Roman Catholic Cardinal told
homosexuals and transsexuals on Wednesday they would never get into heaven, prompting
a rebuke from the Vatican itself.”
Benedict XVI thanks Russian
schismatics for book
“Benedict XVI is expressing gratitude
to the Russian Orthodox Church and all those who collaborated in publishing a
book with texts from the Pontiff on European culture.”
ADL welcomes appointment of State Dep.
Envoy on "Anti-Semitism"
Even though one religion isn’t
supposed to receive special treatment, a special part of our government is
dedicated to wiping out “anti-Semitism” and anti-Judaism: “Anti-Defamation
League (ADL) today welcomed Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's appointment of
Hannah Rosenthal to serve as the State Department's Special Envoy to Monitor
and Combat Anti-Semitism.”
L.A. Democrat may become
Assembly's first gay speaker
“Los Angeles Democratic Assemblyman
John Pérez appears to be in line to become the next speaker of the state
Assembly - and the body's first openly gay chief.”
V-2 "Diocese" of Portland
reaches abuse settlement
“The Diocese of Portland, Maine has
reached a $200,000 settlement with a woman who was allegedly molested by
a priest in 1976 in South Berwick.”
NY State Senate votes
down gay "marriage"
“In a major blow to the gay rights movement,
the state Senate overwhelmingly killed a bill to legalize same-sex ‘marriage’
on Wednesday. After two-and-half hours
of passionate debate, the Senate voted the measure down 38-24. New York now joins a list of 31 other states,
most recently Maine, to shoot down gay ‘marriage.’”
D.C. Council approves
same-sex "marriage"
“The D.C. Council voted overwhelmingly
Tuesday to legalize same-sex marriage in the District, a key step in a process
that could enable gay couples to marry in the nation's capital by the spring.”
Nativity ban at
courthouse reversed
“Bowing to an outpouring of protests
from residents, the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors reversed a week-old
rule Tuesday that had banned public displays, including Nativity scenes and
Christmas trees, at the county courthouse.”
Gay "marriage" likely in
Portugal?
“The gay community in Portugal is
confident that, after much pressure, same-sex ‘marriages’ will be allowed
within a matter of months. While
neighbouring Spain permitted gay ‘marriage’ almost five years ago, so far much
of Portuguese society has staunchly opposed the concept.”
Woman sees face of Jesus
on iron?

“Until this week, Mary Jo Coady had
never given her iron a second thought. Then she saw a likeness of Jesus staring
back from its not-quite stainless steel bottom.
Startled, Coady called in her daughters, both of them college students,
and they saw what she saw. Then she took a picture and posted it on her private
Facebook page, giving friends and relatives the same test. Everyone saw Jesus,
she said.”
Sebelius to get unprecedented
powers under new plan
“That's because Health and Human
Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius would be awarded unprecedented new powers
under the proposal, including the authority to decide what medical care should
be covered by insurers as well as the terms and conditions of coverage and who
should receive it.”
Vatican condemns Swiss ban on Muslim
minarets
This is just incredible! This is exactly the opposite of what the real
popes said. “Religious leaders across
the world have criticised Switzerland's referendum vote to ban the building of
minarets. The Vatican joined Muslim
figureheads from Indonesia and Egypt, as well as Switzerland, in denouncing the
vote as a blow to religious freedom.”
Pope Clement V, Council of Vienne, 1311-1312: “It is an insult to the holy name and a
disgrace to the Christian faith that in certain parts of the world subject
to Christian princes where Saracens [i.e., the followers of Islam, also called
Muslims] live, sometimes apart, sometimes intermingled with Christians, the
Saracen priests, commonly called Zabazala, in their temples or mosques, in
which the Saracens meet to adore the infidel Mahomet, loudly invoke and extol
his name each day at certain hours from a high place… This brings disrepute on our faith and gives great scandal to the
faithful. These practices cannot be
tolerated without displeasing the divine majesty. We therefore, with the sacred council’s
approval, strictly forbid such practices henceforth in Christian lands. We
enjoin on Catholic princes, one and all… They are to forbid expressly the
public invocation of the sacrilegious name of Mahomet… Those who presume to
act otherwise are to be so chastised by the princes for their irreverence, that
others may be deterred from such boldness.”
Climate Change scientists admit to
dumping data

“Scientists at the University of East
Anglia have admitted throwing away much of the raw temperature data on which
their predictions of global warming are based.
It means that other academics are not able to check basic calculations said
to show a long-term rise in temperature over the past 150 years. The UEA’s Climatic Research Unit CRU was
forced to reveal the loss following requests for the data under Freedom of
Information legislation.”
English
"church" hit by satanic rituals
“A vicar has warned… of an increase in
"satanic activity" after he found a severed sheep's head mounted on a
pole outside a church in his Gloucestershire parish. Nick Bromfield warned that
"dark forces" were on the rise in the area and revealed a series of
mutilated animal carcasses had been found.
The "offerings" had been ritualistically laid out in circles
or around stones in his three Forest of Dean parishes – Drybrook, Lydbrook and
Ruardean.”
Swiss voters
overwhelmingly ban Muslim minarets

“Swiss voters overwhelmingly approved
a constitutional ban on minarets on Sunday, barring construction of the iconic
mosque towers in a surprise vote that put Switzerland at the forefront of a
European backlash against a growing Muslim population.”
Spain bill to expand abortion moves
ahead
“Legislation in the Spain parliament
that would expand the nation's laws allowing abortions has cleared another hurdle.
Meanwhile, the government indicates it may compromise on the issue of parental
notification for abortions for teenagers in order to win enough votes to pass
it.”
School's ban on Silent
Night, Christmas songs upheld
What an outrage: “The U.S. Third
Circuit Court of Appeals yesterday upheld the Maple-South Orange school
district's ban on all religious Christmas music including instrumentals, which
had been part of the school district Christmas program for years - until one
parent complained… In yesterday's ruling the Third Circuit approved the school
policy that prohibits Christmas selections such as "Silent Night,"
"Joy to the World," "Oh, Come All Ye Faithful," and
"Hark the Herald Angels Sing." However, the Third Circuit approved
concert selections of "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" and
"Frosty the Snowman."
Bernanke again threatens
country over Fed audit

As a potential audit of the private
Federal Reserve moves forward, “Ben Bernanke, Federal Reserve mob boss, is
running scared. He is deathly afraid an audit of his criminal organization.
“These measures are very much out of step with the global consensus on the
appropriate role of central banks, and they would seriously impair the
prospects for economic and financial stability in the United States,” Bernanke
wrote in the CIA’s favorite newspaper, The Washington Post.”
Vatican official notes “lesson” to
learn from Muslims
The apostasy of the Vatican II sect:
“Catholics can learn something from Muslims, the Vatican's official for
interreligious dialogue has affirmed during his visit to Indonesia. Cardinal Jean-Louis Tauran said this Wednesday
in reference to what he called the "very strong spirituality" of
Muslims. "They wake up early in the
morning to pray," he said, as reported by UCA News. "Our young
priests should follow this example… waking up early in the morning to pray to
start their daily activities."
Pope Callixtus III:
“I vow to… exalt the true Faith, and to extirpate the diabolical sect of the reprobate and faithless Mahomet [Islam]
in the East.”
3,000 “behavior detection” officers will
be watching you at airport
“Nearly 100,000 passengers were pulled
aside by TSA behavior watchers last year… For the past few years, airports
across the country have been using what many call "behavioral
surveillance" to weed out potential hijackers among us, by covertly
examining travelers' facial expressions and body language as they go through
security. Unlike those airport employees who herd us along as we remove our
shoes and relinquish all liquids over three ounces (with dubious results), this
new program, named "Screening Passengers by Observational
Techniques," or "SPOT," is carried out by TSA employees who
have been trained to monitor travelers' faces and movements. As Americans head
out of town this holiday season, more than 3,000 "Behavior Detection
Officers" will be at 161 airports nationwide, watching our every move.”
San Jose is the V-2 sect's most
"gay friendly" diocese

When one considers the Vatican II
“Church,” that’s saying quite a bit.
This is a sick alien apostate religion: “A bearded priest in
bright-green vestments lifts a rainbow-adorned chalice as he delivers the
Eucharistic Prayer, consecrating the bread and wine for the sacrament of
Communion. Surrounding him, a dozen people link hands around an altar inside a
tiny, dimly lit chapel at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Parish in San Jose…. This
is the Emmaus Mass, the only bishop-sanctioned gathering for gay and lesbian
Catholics in the Diocese of San Jose.”
Arizona town discriminates against
church signs
"In this particular case, Gilbert
allows signs to be up for extraordinary lengths of time, including political
signs, up for years at a time," the attorney explains. "Yet if a
church puts up a sign for its Sunday service, it's only allowed up the night
before the service," he adds, noting that it must be taken down
immediately after the service is over.
Cortman contends the 12-hour window is not a reasonable amount of time
allotted for churches to exhibit their free-speech rights, especially
"since it's dark before they're allowed to put up their signs in the first
place."
“The town agreed in 2007 to an injunction prohibiting it from enforcing the
sign code against the church. The disallowed code required church signs to be
smaller in size, fewer in number, and displayed for a shorter amount of time
than signs of non-religious nature. Despite that, an amended code that followed
the injunction still discriminated against the church.”
V-2
"Christian" brothers pay out $242 million to victims
“Ireland’s Christian Brothers will pay
161 million euros ($242 million) in compensation to child abuse victims in the
wake of a report that led to a public outcry about abuse by religious orders in
church and state-run institutions.”
Gay "marriage"
stalls in N.J., N.Y.
“The state-to-state attempt to legalize
gay ‘marriage’ across the left-leaning Northeast has lost more momentum since a
setback three weeks ago at the ballot box in Maine. Since then, legislatures in New York and New
Jersey have declined to schedule long-expected votes on bills to recognize the
unions in those states. "If they
are unable to pass gay marriage in New York and New Jersey, combined with the
loss in Maine, it will confirm that gay ‘marriage’ is not the inevitable wave
of the future," said Maggie Gallagher, president of the National
Organization for Marriage, which mobilizes social conservatives to fight
against same-sex ‘marriage.’”
China house church
leaders sentenced
Of course we don’t endorse these
heretical churches, but this is what goes on in Communist China: “A court in northern China has sentenced five
leaders of an unauthorized Protestant church to prison terms of up to seven
years on charges including illegal assembly, rights groups reported Thursday.
The sentences are among the harshest in recent years for members of so-called
"house churches" — congregations that refuse to register and accept
the authority of the government's Religious Affairs Bureau. Arrests stemmed from a Sept. 13 raid by
police and hired security guards on sunrise services held in a dormitory
building by the 50,000-member Linfen Fushan Church in Linfen, northern Shanxi
province.”

New U.K. bill requires homeschooled
children to be registered with authorities
“The
British government announced last week their acceptance of the Badman Review of
home education and introduced the new Children, Schools and Families Bill that
will require home educated children to be registered with the local
authorities. Homeschooling families were
furious at the review's results and say the new bill will mean the effective
end of the rights of the family in education. The bill will follow
recommendations that homeschooling families be subjected to spot-checks by
local authorities, and that authorities can interview homeschooled children
without the presence of their parents.”

Irish V-2 Church guilty
of massive abuse cover-up

“A damning report into child abuse in
the Dublin archdiocese has criticised the Catholic Church hierarchy for
covering up the abuse. The report
investigated how Church and state authorities handled allegations of child
abuse against 46 priests. It found that
the Church placed its own reputation above the protection of children in its
care… The "Report of the Commission of Investigation into the Archdiocese
of Dublin" covered a period from 1975 to 2004… the report concluded that
four archbishops routinely protected abusers and failed to inform police of the
allegations. One priest admitted to
sexually abusing over 100 children, while another confessed that he had abused
on a fortnightly basis over 25 years.
"The volume of revelations of child sexual abuse by clergy over the
past 35 years or so has been described by a Church source as a 'tsunami' of
sexual abuse," said the report.”
